It makes it easy to manage large amounts of information, build templates that save time, and link clients, projects, and team members in one place. The collaboration features are a big plus as they help my team stay connected and aligned throughout the project. Mary Grace has been a huge help in getting my system up and running. I never worry too much about hitting road blocks as I know she will be there right away to get things working. **What do you dislike about GraceBlocks?** It's a low-code product so there is foundation laying that needs to happen on first adoption. It may not be the right product for every organization. **What problems is GraceBlocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** In project management, I’m often juggling information from multiple sources—schedules, contacts, and even network environment details for clients. While I could manage this across several platforms, having everything in one place is a hugely helpful to me. GraceBlocks’ block system lets me design exactly what I need with custom layouts, templates, and web forms. Plus, with email and text integration, I can truly work from a single space without jumping between tools. ### 2. The Bookmarks feature makes it easy to see your data in different ways. **What do you dislike about GraceBlocks?** The solution is only cloud based. This has many benefits but does mean that it cannot be hosted onsite. **Recommendations to others considering GraceBlocks:** Rather than start from scratch, contact the company to get a reference to allow for a better understanding of how it works. **What problems is GraceBlocks solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an owner of a short term rental (STR) property, a reliable and scalable solution for keeping track of renters, schedules, and payments is important. My previous solution was a simple spreadsheet that was somewhat functional but didn't scale well. Graceblocks allowed me to easily build several interacting tables for payments, contacts, and booked rentals that makes me feel like I have my own custom business tool that does everything I need it to. I use it to manage the rentals, do yearly taxes, look-up contact information, and share my schedule with my housekeeping service with a simple link. Any as I find a new field or feature that would be useful, I build it. Graceblocks is super flexible so it can be used to build almost any business tool that doesn't quite fit in a simple spreadsheet. Highly recommended. ### 3.
