**What do you like best about GoSurvey?**

It is simple to use, and it helps me get faster where I need to collect data for my organization because I can use it even when my internet connection fails, which is very often lately. Also, I can send the information to my coworkers faster.

**What do you dislike about GoSurvey?**

The customer service can be slow and sometimes makes me wonder if there's a better way to get to the answers I need about the product. However, the product has been user-friendly so is something to not worry about.

**What problems is GoSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally, I have been able to get the answers I needed, I was looking for feedback about the expectations our clients have and how can we improve in different areas of the organization. It has been a time saver to get to the mind of our customers.

What I like most about GoSurvey is the ease of use. So many competitors have confusing documents or steps for completion but GoSurvey makes it simple.

**What do you dislike about GoSurvey?**

Nothing! GoSurvey is great. It does what it's advertised.

**What problems is GoSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoSurvey is straight to the point. It gives me insight into how my performance is directly linked to production.

I liked the engaging dashboard. Support team was also helpful which was good.

**What do you dislike about GoSurvey?**

Just had some difficulties understanding the results of the survey but the support team was helpful and had quick responses.

Great support team if ever in any need so I recommend.

Creating reliable surveys that displays results how you want them.
