Each lesson has a downloadable review. Each video is just a few minutes with a quiz review and savable topic review. There are practice exercises as well. **What do you dislike about GoSkills?** A course like Power BI, which looks amazing, is not useful unless one can utilize the application using one's work email. But you don't know that until you are into the learning series. **Recommendations to others considering GoSkills:** If one wants to begin exploring Project Management, learn some new Excel skills, or coding, the short videos, presented by topical experts, are a great way to dig-in. Try the first five or six minutes. I purchased my own access and it's been worth it to review at my own pace. In particular, reviewing Cash Flow, whcih has always been a bit more of a puzzle to solve. ### 13. I tested 4 times and still can't score about 88%. I want a 100% or the answer to which one(s) I am missing. **Recommendations to others considering GoSkills:** I highly recommend GO SKILLS for learning various computer programs or Microsoft Office programs. It is easier than watching or trying to find the right program on UTube videos! A downloadable Excel spreadsheet with VBA was available for most lessons, allowing you to practise with the VBA code. This was very handy as it allows you to edit the code and add in previously-learned functions while also letting you see what causes the code to break or return different outputs. I took Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course and felt I needed more in-depth details instead of lessons that only provide the fundamentals. Reference guides and exercises are downloadable which are great to have review materials on the go. Also, leadership and project management courses were included which normally is absent in other training provides which focus only on the DMAIC principles. **What do you dislike about GoSkills?** LSBB course needed to have additional references such as Black Belt tool guides and handbooks. The course was good for fundamentals and the certification exam was not included as an add-on for the pricing. Every time I finish a lecture, I always felt the real-life experiences of the instructor to be lacking just to comply with the 5-7 minutes lecture time frame. Lastly, templates for implementation are missing. You either find them somewhere else or create your own. **Recommendations to others considering GoSkills:** Do not solely base on the GoSkills courses alone. Even if you finish the exercises and exams, I find them pretty basic and real-world application is much harder. I needed to use other reference books to further understand my LSBB course so I can lead projects. **What problems is GoSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?** I will be using LSBB course to prepare for IASSC black belt certification and to lead process improvement projects. Also, the short courses are great for studying on the go, but am willing to have more lecture duration just to include more details. ### 37.
