It is a solid company they always pay on time and there is opportunity to grow.

**What do you dislike about Alorica?**

Sometimes management can be toxic, but that's because sometimes the project demands too quick turnarounds, Manager should be able to identify the best way to accomplish goals.

**Recommendations to others considering Alorica:**

That you can go to this company and they will pay you on time and they will challenge you.

**What problems is Alorica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was on the Agents End.

They solve our workflow and call center needs. They help handle our customer service department.

Alorica have a good set of resources that are very accomodating and easy to talk to . They understand what the customer needs.

I don't dislike anything with Alorica. They provide good service

Consider using Alorica as a service provider they provide good value to the company

**What problems is Alorica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Provide support to voice and none voice accounts. They are good with customer sales representation . With Alorica it is easier to manage the systems

Slow when two or more apps are invoked and huge data has to be extracted
