What do you like best about Gorgias?

At the time they had the best integration with Shopify. their macros are helpful for cutting down repetitive tasks. Now other platforms have caught up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's priced too high compared to the rest of the market and it's support is not helpful. We've been on another platform that actually treats us as a partner.
