What do you like best about GoodVat?

Taxation is quite an intimidating problem, GoodVat with their human support, the sheer number of integrations and how reliable they are make it super easy. Especially if you are launching a global SaaS product on day 1 and you do not want to deal with all the registration, filing, figuring out the tax rate in each country, GoodVat really helps you out. What do you dislike about GoodVat?

I wish they would manage my accounts as well for me. I am quite unhappy with my current accounting provider, and GoodVat does everything so well, would be great if they can add accounting to their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
