I love the clean interface, where you can find your projects easily. I can have everything in one single platform, and it allows my team to be connected between different departments and teams. They had task types in the Desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked their app at the beginning as there were task types feature. However, their mobile ap was the most limited and amateur app I had ever worked with. none of the key features were available in the mobile app so I decided to cancel my account.

There was nowhere in the account settings to cancel the subscription so i actually deleted my account. then, I sent them an email to make sure the subscription is canceled and I was not going to be charged on my creddit card.

The person name "Natalia" replied back saying it was canceled and I was not getting charged any more.

4 months later I checked and I see that my card was getting charged every month. I emailed them, she said she would cancel the subscription. when I asked what about the refund of the chrages already made, she simply didn't even reply back.

This company is definitely a scam and they simply don't care about customer service. Natalia replies back to emails after days. This last one she didn't even reply back.

I can create and organize tasks, subtasks, events, milestones, portfolios and custom work items. They can also track time, progress, dependencies, budgets and resources.
