What I love most about GolPiloto is that it finally organizes everything that was previously on paper and WhatsApp groups.
Most useful TODAY:
Everything on the tablet on the bench. Statistics by player and by match: minutes, goals, assists. You don't have to remember anything.
Attendance at training sessions. You know who came and who missed before making the list.
History that doesn't get erased. The cycle changes, the year, the coach, your data remains. You never start from scratch again.
Real advantages:
✅ You go from improvising to having verifiable data. E.g.: "In their last 3 matches, they scored 2 goals" - you can check it in 2 seconds.
✅ You gain the trust of the team because you show numbers, not opinions.
✅ It's the foundation for what's to come: today it knows your team, tomorrow it detects trends, the day after it analyzes the opponent. DATA → HISTORY → TRENDS → SUGGESTIONS.

What I like least today is that it requires an initial effort.
Disadvantages / to improve:
You have to manually enter the data at the beginning. If you don't enter the first 3-5 matches, you won't see the potential. Without data, there is no intelligence.
It is still evolving. Today it saves and shows perfect history, but the opponent analysis and prediction part still needs more matches loaded to be validated. It is not automatic from day 1.
The native app is missing. Today it works perfectly on web/tablet, but we are all waiting for the mobile app to load faster on the bench.
It's not that it's not useful, it's that it requires commitment from the coach for the first 2 weeks. After that, it's all gain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
