Among its main key features include email capabilities, bulk document scanning, annotation options, automatic file conversion and more. The good thing is that it allows us to have a good Document Management with email capabilities. At the same time you can do Scan documents in bulk and you can also make annotations when you need it. It also includes an automatic conversion of files to PDF if you require it **What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?** A disadvantage is that the software freezes a lot when an Excel file is loaded. Although I don't know if it's inexperience of mine. The other thing is that as I said, it is aimed at tax or accounting professionals **What problems is GoFileRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the beginning I used it at the recommendation of a friend, but for my field of work that is graphic design I can say that it is not convenient for me. As a company that goes through hundreds of documents a day, it is crucial that we have a perfectly organized paper trail of everything we do. GoFileRoom allows us to be able to quickly upload our documents and it catalogs them for us with a few simple drop down menus. I also love being able to just drag and drop my document into the GFR icon on my desktop and fill out a couple of fields and be done. **What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?** Sometimes I have issues with it saying I'm offline or logged out when I'm not. I have to logout and log back in to get it to work. I was able to access all my documents to complete the hiring process for a job. **What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?** Due to the fact, I used the app once...I can not comment on anything that I didn't like. I am not familiar with the pricing. Perhaps this is something that could be made known. This includes editing documents from inside the database and uploading from outside or scanners. **What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?** At first my computer had issues with the editing feature, but GFR quickly resolved the issue and updated it. **What problems is GoFileRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accounting. Allows us to easily store client files and prior year returns to compare current year with. ### 34. With so many workflows to manage all the time, being able to seamlessly/effortlessly pull reports is amazing. Also, the workflows and all the features that they have (information storage, etc.) it helps us keep track of our "projects" in real time. **What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?** Excel freezes up a lot (if an excel file is saved in the document storage), It conflicts with internet explorer at times and will just shut down. **Recommendations to others considering GoFileRoom:** find a way to fix the issues with live Excel & Word files. **What problems is GoFileRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** With so many workflows to manage all the time, being able to seamlessly/effortlessly pull reports is amazing.
