What do you like best about SILQ?

I really appreciate how organised SILQ is. The user interface is clean and easy to use, which makes day-to-day management straightforward. I love that you can include your own templates and encode Word docs to fit the firm's precedents. The integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, and InfoTrack VOIs are great for keeping everything in one place and saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SILQ?

There are a couple of things that could be improved. When creating placeholder matters with OneDrive synced, updating the folder names or details later can be tricky and sometimes means creating a new folder and redirecting documents, which is a bit cumbersome. Also, adding multi-person client details, like spousal clients, feels tedious since you have to add them individually and then create a multi-party client. What do you like best about SILQ?

I really appreciate the support team—I can always call and get help quickly without waiting long, which makes a huge difference. SILQ does exactly what I need for managing case file details, and setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SILQ?

There are a couple of things that could be improved, like adding a BPAY biller code for Trust withdrawals. Also, sometimes I have to use Dropbox to update files, which is a bit inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SILQ?

I use SILQ for my practice management, and it's great for everything from timekeeping to invoicing, plus it's trust account compliant. I appreciate how it's a quick, easy solution that saves me a lot of time. I can issue invoices, receive money, record expenses, do conflict checks, and manage my time all from one place. I like that SILQ has everything I need without being chunky or slow—it's light and quick. The mobile app is also a favorite feature, allowing me to record time and tasks on the go easily. What do you dislike about SILQ?

I can't definitely say that things don't work well for me because I haven't tried them, but integration, in particular integration with emails, could be improved. If it could really well integrate with Outlook so I can automatically save emails to the matter and then for it to be timed or costed, that would be amazing. With regard to your feedback around Outlook integration, we have recently improved this feature greatly. The Outlook add-in assists you in creating time entries, and you can easily save an email (and any attached documents) to the relevant matter in SILQ. If you need, our Support team can help you configure this and can be contacted on 1300 55 66 89. We are also rolling out a new feature in our Expert subscription that will automatically file emails into the relevant matter.

What do you like best about SILQ?

Silq’s design team has clearly put a lot of thought into making the product intuitive and efficient, while still keeping it professional, especially in the way it gives users maximum flexibility to manually override the default settings in just a few simple steps. Silq also keeps improving its functionality, rather than focusing on marketing or making superficial UI/design changes simply for the sake of change (or attracting new customers). What do you dislike about SILQ?

There are still a few areas where I feel Silq could improve. One example is that we’d love to have more folder and file naming templates, or the ability to set them up manually. We’d like our documents to be generated automatically with the date at the beginning in YYYYMMDD format, but right now it seems we only have YYMMDD or YYYY-MM-DD. That said, it isn’t critical and can be easily adjusted once the documents are synced to our computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy SILQ is to use, especially for recording my time and generating invoices. The ability to quickly create documents on letterhead and run BAS reports is very helpful for my practice. It meets all my requirements and streamlines my workflow. "Comprehensive Practice Management with Excellent Time Capture"
What do you like best about SILQ?

I love that SILQ manages all aspects of my legal practice, from cost agreements to WIP and debtors management, as well as PNL and GST reporting. The time costing feature is especially valuable, letting me capture time into WIP and issue invoices within 15 to 20 seconds, which is a huge efficiency boost. What do you dislike about SILQ?

The interaction with Outlook is terrible, requiring a workaround to function properly. Although I've found a solution that works, it would be much better if SILQ integrated seamlessly with Outlook out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
