What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you? For instance, we have developed a new field called "actual delivery date". However, from the original product, the tracking events only have "Out of Delivery" and "Empty Returned" so it does not tell customers the exact moment that the container is delivered to the destination warehouse. Gnosis is helping me to develop a mechanism that once the actual delivery date is filled in, the status will automatically update as "Delivered". When the container is empty returned, then the empty return date will override the status and update it as "Empty Return". Using this example, I find it very easy to communicate with Gnosis to implement changes and they are not afraid of admitting some issues as that's how Gnosis know what to correct and improve on to fine tune the products! I’m able to get the status faster compared to the brokers we work with. We also have our truckers updating Gnosis and notifying us of the delivery date to the warehouse, so we don’t have to ask them for delivery dates as often because that information is already in Gnosis. Gnosis reports have also helped us follow up with our suppliers regarding ISF documents. The ability to project per diem and detention charges allows us to invoice customers more quickly and prevents them from being caught off guard by unexpected fees. The ability for us to push custom reporting to our customers has been a gamechanger. The BI aspect of the CLM portal has also been very helpful, especially within the last year, as a 3PL, we have been able to see and learn more about our customers supply chain we were previously not privy to - especially in the new tariff environment. Big one is the delayed shipment page where it only shows the Active Vessel when it's on water and Rail ETA Delay. It makes tracking bills of lading much simpler. We can track by OBL or by container, which helps us schedule the manpower needed to process containers. We’re also able to reduce costs and delays by making sure all paperwork is in order before the shipment arrives at the port. I use Gnosis Freight to streamline communication with factories when our purchase orders are approved and to track containers. Normally, I would need to search through the freight forwarders' websites to track containers, but with Gnosis I can search in one spot. The map feature when tracking containers is incredibly helpful, showing exactly where the vessel is and the route it is taking. This is especially useful with many vessels getting delayed or rerouted, as it helps me predict any delays more accurately. Our vendors such as truckers, forwarders and suppliers can also update their date for us on Gnosis so that we can keep track of everything on one platform. What I like best about Gnosis is the accurate shipment tracking in one place combined with proactive demurrage and detention alerts. The real time visibility helps us stay ahead of potential delays, while the automated reports allow our brokers and drayage providers to act quickly to clear customs, outgate, and in-gate containers on time. The fact these reports are sent directly and automatically to our partners reduce manual coordination, improve accountability, and help avoid unnecessary fees. We’ve seen no downsides to using the software and have zero complaints. Gnosis Freight has genuinely made my job easier as a logistics coordinator by reducing manual tracking, improving communication with brokers and drayage providers, and helping us stay ahead of issues before they become problems. It has become a reliable tool we depend on daily to manage freight more efficiently. The automated reports sent to our brokers and drayage providers improve communication, reduce delays, and support faster customs clearance. As a result, we avoid unnecessary fees, streamline coordination, and significantly reduce manual follow-ups, making my role as a logistics coordinator more efficient and manageable.
