For me, it’s how Glyphic connects the dots-call insights, meeting prep, and clear next actions. That means less admin, better conversations, and ultimately higher ROI and stronger performance across my pipeline. The AI agent is outstanding.

There’s nothing I dislike that comes to mind.

Glyphic solves a pretty fundamental problem: keeping up with everything happening across customer conversations and turning that into something actually useful.

For me, it’s essentially like having an assistant. It helps me prepare for meetings, gives me a solid starting point for ideas, and acts as a ballpark for strategic direction based on what’s been said in previous customer interactions. Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, I know I have a reliable source that captures everything.

It also makes a big difference in staying relevant. I can quickly understand context, pick up on key points, and show up to each conversation with something meaningful to add.

And when I take over a new account, that’s where it really stands out, I can get up to speed fast, understand the history, and walk into meetings prepared rather than playing catch-up.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I use Glyphic to record all my external meetings, create summaries, and bullet points of next steps. I appreciate that it sends recaps of what has happened in a company or deal so far, and it provides concise info on next steps and summaries of projects with clients. I find it valuable that it gives AI recaps of everything discussed in a meeting, sometimes connecting to past meetings. The initial setup was super easy overall, even though the insights part took a little longer, and I found that really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

Glyphic could proactively give recommendations on how to close deals, and it would be cool to do the setup via voice activation.

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Glyphic to record meetings, create summaries, and organize next steps. It helps with reminders for projects and sales improvements, sending concise recaps of deals and client projects, which is super helpful.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I like that Glyphic's AI works exceptionally well, extracting really valuable insights from all of our team's calls. It can drill down deeply and look across hundreds or thousands of calls to understand insights and match them with world events. The strong coaching and automation features help reps, like prepping call sheets, which saves tons of time across all sales teams. Glyphic also automatically looks at our team's calendars and helps reps prep calls by reviewing historical information such as prior calls, emails, and other insights. This automation saves reps time and helps streamline their process. Additionally, Glyphic works with our Salesforce CRM and integrates with systems like Slack and Outreach to pull information and insights. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

I think there's some newer features that they've released that can be a little bit buggy, especially the ones in beta like the agents.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I like the speed of the call analysis on Glyphic, which really stands out. The trainability of the platform means we get good results, and I also find the ability to create and save agents really valuable for new problems we're trying to solve. It allows me to respond quickly with follow-ups on calls, catch anything I might have missed during a call, and address it. The agents are great for finding information across the team that might otherwise take a long time to find.

I think the new agents interface could do with some UI work. The saved agents don't feel as intuitive to use as the rest of the platform.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I love the AI automation built into Glyphic, which we've linked with our CRM system, HubSpot. It automates processes and provides insights into the medic qualification framework, helping show captured pain points and decision-making processes. This is particularly useful as a sales leader when reviewing deals, allowing me to focus on important areas without sifting through lots of information, saving time. I also love that it records our calls, which is great for training purposes. I can point new starters to specific calls that demonstrate the skills we're developing. It's a real time saver and helps maximize focus on critical areas.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

I think nothing specifically. There are a few kind of, as always, with the setup process, there's a few things that perhaps don't link as well as we would want them to some of the other platforms we use, but that's as much about us as it is about Glyphic.

I love how Glyphic suggests questions for first meetings and ensures I complete follow-ups. It automates CRM tasks, offers insights into deal management, and records calls for training, making it a time saver.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I use Glyphic to record all of our meetings and fetch data from Hubspot, which helps with coaching and analyzing churn signals. I like that it gives better control over our data and that I don't have to look through all material; I just prompt it, and Glyphic takes care of collecting and analyzing the data for us. The AI functionality is a standout feature for me, as it allows me to be very specific about the kind of analytics I want and provides it easily on a global level. Everything about Glyphic has changed our work drastically for the better. The initial setup was super easy, which I also appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

The history of chats. It would be better if the floating window (when you pull up a chat) would stay or if you would have that in a separate tab. So it would be easy to work on a prompt and improve it to improve the output.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

Glyphic is incredibly easy to use. We achieved 100% adoption across the sales team, and it’s now widely used throughout the business to drive everything from product decisions to marketing campaigns to sales coaching. 

We've achieved 100% seller adoption because it saved sellers time almost immediately - we've saved each seller around 17 hours per month through reduced time spent on CRM admin, email follow-up, and meeting prep.

Simple workflows like creating emails and automating CRM admin took virtually no time to set up. The CRM integration was very easy and has eliminated virtually all Deal admin.

The sales coaching aspect is a game changer - sales directors can use either the scorecards or the agents to get deep and broad understanding of individual rep performance, and can then coach accordingly.

The performance is great, with calls being processed almost immediately, with the transcript then ready to be used. 

The price point is unbeatable, especially given the value our whole company derives from it.

The support is great. We have very few issues with that require support, and when we do their team is responsive on slack or we jump a a call to address the issue. 

We’re heavy users of the AI Agents, as they enable our salespeople to have much more effective customer conversations. It has significantly improved our sales workflow overall allowing our sales reps to have more and better conversations with customers. Even new hires with little industry experience can have high-quality conversations within just a few weeks of joining as they have access to the collective intelligence of the entire sales team.

Perhaps the most pleasing thing of all is its organic adoption. People across the business tell me each week how they found a new use case for Glyphic, and how they're making decisions accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

Glyphic would benefit from a few more native integrations outside of CRMs and slack. For example we would like to send Glyphic data to our customer success platform.

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glyphic is used across the business and has solved a huge range of problems: 
- it's reduced the time reps spent on non-revenue-generating activities like CRM admin
- it's given Sales directors insight into rep behaviour and deals, which has allowed us to build a culture of coaching and stronger deal management 
- we can now get reps up to speed incredibly quickly by helping them understand the fundamental problems we solve in each industry through giving them immediate access to condensed insights from hours of calls in a given industry, which they can cut, explore and go deeper on as they need

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

I like how Glyphic is super simple to use and is effective from day one with its plug-in and play functionality. Being able to have excellent insights on how the team performs on calls is particularly valuable, especially when I'm time-pressed as a sales leader. I appreciate the ability to identify risks and challenges within specific deals and gain insights from customer interactions and prospect inquiries. The conversational AI is also a highlight for me because it allows me to ask about specific deals and get insights from our customer conversations

The insights are quite long to set up. It would be good to be able to have insights that are there ready to pick from.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

The Ask Glyphic feature is a game-changer. It lets me ask specific questions about customers, prospects or calls and get intelligent, relevant answers instantly. While Glyphic is primarily sales-focused, we've found it incredibly valuable for our CS and Implementation teams too. It makes creating handover documentation and scoping calls effortless. The Salesforce integration is probably my favourite features, it automatically populates fields with insights from calls, saving our sales team hours of manual data entry every week. And the Glyphic Agent takes it even further. I use it fro everything from creating training documentation and support articles to understanding revenue trends and even prospecting research.  Setup was refreshingly simple, users login, connect their tools and they're up and running. I recommend Glyphic to anyone looking for a powerful conversation intelligence platform.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

I'd love to see Glyphic expand its focus to better service customer success and delivery teams, not just sales. Some UI tweaks and deeper integration with Salesforce custom objects would be great additions. We'd also like to integrate with Apollo. Right now it doesn't pull in Apollo calls, which would be a nice enhancement.

Glyphic automatically captures and transcribes all our calls, then assigns follow-up tasks to participants. It organizes everything by company, giving us a complete view of all interactions. The ability to categorize and tag calls enables us to run powerful automations and queries that would be impossible manually.

I like that Glyphic makes my life easier by taking meeting notes for me, so I don't have to think about it; it's just there. The simplicity of it is great, and it reliably does its job. It's trustworthy, and I feel secure knowing I won't miss anything from my latest meetings. Plus, setting it up was a breeze, taking just a few minutes.

The recording quality, especially the video quality, since I do a lot of troubleshooting, there are things that are important for me to obtain from the meetings visually, and that is sometimes not the best quality.

Glyphic is a truly intelligent sales tool that has become an essential part of my workflow. I use it together with our Digital Sales Room at GetAccept (the integration between the two works seamlessly).

It records my meetings and automatically syncs key insights to HubSpot — including smart meeting notes and real-time updates to MEDDPICC scores. This ensures consistent deal qualification and saves me hours every week.

Glyphic also makes it incredibly easy to tailor customer-facing content based on what’s discussed in calls, which helps drive relevance and engagement throughout the sales process.

Honestly i cant say anything negative, it just works and it gets better for every week,

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

Glyphic is so much more than a meeting recorder and notetaker. It is a team member with perfect recall who can answer any question you have about what happened in the meeting. It can summarize months of conversations into key themes and requirements.

It also has the ability to provide coaching feedback. As a newer team member, I've greatly benefited from the feedback Glyphic provides. It has enabled me to be more effective at my job, because I can ask my AI friend Glyphic to tell me where I could have been more clear, or better highlighted value. I use Glyphic everyday at work, and do not know what I would do without it.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

1. Lack of a public-facing API to easily integrate with other tools
2. Transcript downloads do not include the meeting date or time in the header or body. Ideally, this would be in the header along with the meeting title.

Glyphic allows our users to have "a superpower" with how it helped streamline follow-up processes, allowing people to send follow-ups pretty quickly, immediately after each call.

Glyphic's ability to save time, improve accuracy, integrate seamlessly with our GTM system's existing processes, and enhance team productivity across multiple business functions.

The ease of Glyphic being so user friendly allowed us to get adoption across the board extremely quickly with our team using it routinely as a core function for us.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

Glyphic is very intuitive and saves me a huge amount of time. I can create custom prompts to generate follow-up emails, extract insights based on MEDDPICC, ask questions about the call, and automatically capture action items — freeing up my mental space for more strategic work.

It’s a powerful tool for coaching and continuous improvement. The call insights and suggested areas of improvement help sharpen my sales skills after every conversation.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

Current timestamps only have a start time and end time of a speaker diarised section, making it hard to pinpoint when something was said especially when people ramble on for a few minutes. Word-level timestamps would be a major improvement—allowing users to search a term and jump straight to the exact moment in the recording.

 Speaker labeling isn’t always reliable. For example, we’re trying to get rid of the habit of mentioning price before we can establish value of our offering. When using Glyphic to identify who brought up pricing first (buyer or seller), Ask Glyphic got it wrong 3 out of 5 calls due to incorrect speaker diarization. It also mess up other coaching insights. 

 One feature I really miss is real-time transcription, which I previously used with Outreach. It was especially helpful in noisy environments or with strong accents, and allowed me to quote prospects accurately and ask better follow-up questions during the call—without scrambling to take notes.

Even more powerful would be real-time coaching prompts (powered by live transcription). Imagine Glyphic guiding us live—when a prospect mentions a pain point, it suggests exactly which follow-up questions to ask to quantify the pain or uncover the cost of inaction. This would help reps run sharper discovery and get the answers during the call. Post-call coaching is often too late—the moment may have passed and we don’t always have luxury of a second call to ask those questions.

It takes the admin burden off my plate. Glyphic automatically captures my calls and delivers transcripts and summaries so I can focus on selling, not note-taking. It's easy to use, fits naturally into my workflow, and makes it simple to revisit key parts of conversations without scrubbing through full recordings.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

The transcription isn’t always accurate - especially on calls with background noise, overlapping speakers, or strong accents. It’s usually good enough to get the gist but I still need to sanity-check things before sharing excerpts or relying on quotes. Also, having real-time transcription would be a big win—right now it's all post-call, which limits how useful it is during live conversations.

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glyphic removes the need to manually take notes during calls. It captures and structures everything so I can stay focused on the conversation without worrying about missing key details. It also supports with better follow-ups, cleaner handovers and far less admin. It also helps surface insights I might have missed especially on long or back to back's so that nothing slips through the cracks in pipeline or deal reviews.

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

The massive time-saving and efficiency it brings to all the everyday admin tasks, especially with follow-up emails and logging details in our CRM. 

Before Glyphic, a huge chunk of my day was taken up by routine tasks. After every client call, I'd be manually transcribing notes, summarising key points, putting together next steps, and then manually putting it all into the CRM and drafting a custom follow-up email. Now with Glyphic, a lot of these tasks are automated.

Glyphic is super easy to use and it just fits right into how I already work. It automatically transcribes calls, gives me call summaries, and also drafts follow-up emails based on the call. I now use Glyphic every day in my role as a CSM.

Also, the Slack integration is great. Every morning, Glyphic sends me a reminder of action points from calls that I need to complete that day.

While Glyphic is great at streamlining sales-focused admin tasks and extracting insights from calls, a drawback for Customer Success Managers is its limited visibility into comprehensive customer engagement data. For CSMs, a deep and holistic understanding of how clients interact with our product or service beyond sales conversations is important for long-term success and proactively addressing potential churn risks.

Using Glyphic, our CSM team has experienced a remarkable reduction in admin burden, allowing them to focus more on strategic client engagement. The time it saves me as a CSM to send follow-up calls and set client pulses is game-changing. I can also use the search function to ask Glyphic questions about my Clients that I may have forgotten, and it will search all the call logs. 
It's also great for grabbing quotes across all clients for things like testimonials or product feedback/improvements.
It's a great tool for note-taking, removing the need for me to type during a call and potentially miss information. When there are things I didn't hear, due to noise or people speaking at once, Glyphic will still log that information in the call log that I can grab later
Follow-up emails and creating your own prompts mean that the time saving can extend to all follow-up admin tasks as well

None that I've come across - it functions exactly as expected

Note-taking on calls
Reducing the time it takes to follow up with clients after a call - this often takes a while to write and consolidate the notes, it will also give a clear To-Do list for each participant

The only drawback for me is that the software is currently only available in English. Having it in other languages, such as Spanish or French, would make the experience even smoother for non-native English speakers. That said, I’m confident this improvement will come in the future.

We can chat with our own data. It summarizes and categorizes the customer’s pain, makes it easy to share call recordings with prospects, helps us write follow-up emails based on how the call went and what they were looking for, and helps us learn what customers are actually finding most valuable about us.

One small thing, if someone joins a call with their personal Gmail and doesn’t say where they work, Glyphic won’t tag the company automatically. So we sometimes have to say, “So you’re at [Company], right?” at the top of the call, which can feel a little clunky. But honestly, that’s nitpicking.

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glyphic solves a bunch of problems that used to slow us down. Most sales calls get recorded but never actually used—now we can chat with our own call data, see what customers are really saying, and spot patterns across the board. It helps us figure out what value props are landing, where there’s friction, and what people actually care about. Follow-ups are easier too, we still tweak them, but having a solid draft based on what was actually said saves a ton of time. And sharing call insights across the team is way smoother. Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, we can just drop a link or pull a quote. Whole GTM team is tighter because of it.

Super user friendly, great notes and the co pilot functionality is legendary. I think it saves me probably 10 hours a week if not more. 
The focus around the meddicc helps identify gaps in the deal and prepare questions.

Accuracy - I now trust Glyphic's summaries enough that I routinely take the decision not to join or listen to recordings of meetings I otherwise would have and consult Glyphic instead. The time this saves me is collosal.

Question answering - the ability to ask questions at the call but, more importantly, customer level, both general and specific, and receive answers backed by quotes from the customer is incredibly powerful.

Glyphic's AI feature that automatically pushes to Salesforce, is by far their best feature. I no longer have to spend hours updating our CRM. All our calls are recorded and give actionable insights on deal details we still need to gather, and coaching on how to close. It's the best sales tool I've ever used!

Sometimes the Ai isn't perfectly accurate in terms of sentiment and a strategy for how to close, but I imagine this gets better with more calls over time.

As a small team, we need to be as efficient as possible. When it comes to sales, access to information is key - knowing what tools prospects use, where they are in their sales cycle, who the key participants are, etc. Glyphic allows us an easy way to access and ask for all of this information, without someone needing to manually jot it down. This allows everyone to seamlessly get up to speed with the info they need (even if they weren't on an initial call)

It's been difficult to find anything Glyphic is missing! The only things I had found were actually my mis - I reached out to the founders and they were already built!

Glyphic has allowed me to focus on the essence of my meetings, rather than having to remember follow up items and todo's. The meeting summarizations, queryable transcripts, and AI generated follow ups have been nothing short of life changing for me. 

We tested a number of tools, and Glyphic's transcripts and meeting summarizations are by far the best I've seen. I use it for meetings held in English and Danish, and the quality is extremely high. Additionally, while I don't actually know if the translations are good for Mandarin, it's also been really useful for our engagements with Chinese clients. 

A recently added feature that I love is the ability to ask Glyphic questions based on all my conversations with a given client. 

The Glyphic team adds useful features at an impressive rate, and they're very responsive whenever there's a problem that needs to be fixed.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

I've become so reliant on Glyphic that I can fail to take notes and remember required follow ups when I take calls hosted by our clients who don't always permit Glyphic to record the call. I think a feature where for client hosted meetings, Glyphic's ability to record and transcribe was clearly confirmed at the beginning of the meeting would be really helpful.

Why?

- It saves me so much time updating SFDC. We have customized Glyphic to record MEDDIC and send ti directly to SFDC.
- I've never felt more on top of my pipeline; if there are any open questions that come to mind, I immediately ask Glyphic. 
- Its really helpful for drafting handover notes to our post-sales team 
- It's fantastic for last-minute prep for a call
- Its helpful to draft outbound messaging to target accounts by using the pain points we learn about from similar customers

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

Im running 8-10 sales calls a day and forget who Ive spoken to, at the end of the day using glyphic to get an overview on my performance and using it to generate follow up emails has been a massive time saver.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

I would love if there was deeper insight across calls, I would also love to have aplace to add a follow up template so that the generate email tool would do 90% of the work for me

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without using Glyphic I wouldnt be able to understand each sales call, how to improve and it's a useful resource pre PMF as I speak to alot of people and am consistently working on our ICP

**What do you like best about Airspeed?**

We have been with Glyphic now for around a year. It is by far the most useful sales / Meeting summary tool for us. The mail summary tool on its own has led to an increase in our bottom line metrics, and the rapid development cycles added critical features this year (supporting Danish and Hebrew, even mixed conversation! Sometimes, it feels like magic).

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

The colors on the UI. Guys, you are not Hubspot.

It is defacto my memory of meetings.

Out of this world AI capabilities of extracting and delivering business value from any colleteral availalbe. From transcripts, through chats and email, to CRM.

By far the best sales tool I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about Airspeed?**

Nothing. Seriously. You take this tool from me tomorrow and my life is over. It's chatGPT on steroids.

**What problems is Airspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glyphic streamlines my pipeline management both strategically, as well as tactically. It helps me realize the overall state of my entire pipe, as well as what is lacking in each. 

Glyphic saves me crazy amounts of time, and quite frankly increases my deals closure rate, and thus actually creates real monetary value.

- Ability to use the "Ask Glyphic" feature to query data from calls and find out answers quickly
- The quality of the transcriptions are pretty solid and accurate
- Integration with Slack makes it easy to review calls as part of workflows
- Custom insights from calls and how flexible the team is in working with us

Nothing for now, it's great! Excited to see how the product evolves for not just sales in the future.

There have been no downsides to using Glyphic.

Before, a lot of the members on my team would forget to write notes when talking with clients, or would forget what was said. Glyphic has completely removed that painpoint with its integration to Hubspot -- no more notes, and no more confusions. It has also helped streamline follow ups with our clients!
