GlobCall - Cheap International Calls to Any Phone Number Reviews & Product Details

GlobCall is an AI phone platform for small and medium-sized businesses. GlobCall AI voice agents answer and handle your business calls, and your team can call any mobile or landline in 200+ countries from the browser, from $0.02 per minute. One GlobCall account replaces a business phone system, an answering service and an international calling plan. AI VOICE AGENTS THAT FINISH THE JOB A GlobCall agent learns your business from your website and your instructions, speaks with callers, and completes the request during the call instead of sending it to voicemail. One agent covers the work of a front desk around the clock: - Receptionist: answers questions about services, prices, opening hours and policies, and transfers callers to your team with a short brief. - Appointment setter: books and moves appointments in your connected calendar while the caller is on the line. - Lead qualification: asks your qualifying questions, saves the answers and books the next step. - Order status: looks up orders and delivery status in your connected store. - Customer service: resolves common questions and takes messages with callback details. - Customer surveys: asks feedback questions and records the rating and the reasons behind it. You choose when the agent answers: every call, outside opening hours, or when nobody on the team picks up. KEEP YOUR NUMBER, GO LIVE SAFELY Forward your existing business number to GlobCall, or get a local business number in 100+ countries. Build the agent from your website and instructions, then test it with a call before it answers a single customer. Every AI-handled call is saved with a summary, outcome and full transcript.
