**What do you like best about GirikSMS?**

Girik SMS is a well designed application with outstanding features. Girik SMS is Salesforce Native. By Far this is the best application available on AppExchagne. Girik SMS support services are outstanding. Girik SMS is very easy to implement and can be easily integrated with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about GirikSMS?**

I like everything about GirikSMS. I do not recall facing any issues with application

**What problems is GirikSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to utilize and outbound SMS marketing solution, but was unable to find anything salesforce native on appexchange. That's when we came across Girik SMS. Since we have onboarded this application, our team has been able to send outbound SMS & Whatsapp messaging without any hassle right from Salesforce.
