**What do you like best about Getsally?**

We gave them a description of our best existing clients and they came back with a full targeting strategy on their own. They handled everything, we only approved the ICP and reviewed the messaging before launch. My biggest worry was that cold outreach would feel off-brand for a design studio, but they found angles that made sense and didn't cheapen what we do. Over 6 months we've signed several retainer clients directly from their outreach, and the pipeline finally feels like something we can count on.
And they are great at tracking different signals so the list building and companies they were targetin were a great fit

**What do you dislike about Getsally?**

First month was a ramp-up period while they were testing segments and messaging. Results picked up from month two. Not a big issue, just something to expect.

**Recommendations to others considering Getsally:**

If you're a service business and think cold outreach won't work for you, it's worth testing with these guys. They're good at finding the right angle even for non-obvious categories. Give them a month to figure it out and be honest about what your ideal client looks like.

**What problems is Getsally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a design studio and most of our clients used to come from referrals. Great quality but completely unpredictable. Sally built us an outbound channel that was bringing in qualified leads consistently.
