## Reprise Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Share Demos, but Audio Commentary Would Improve Them

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It’s easy to find a demo to send to a prospect or client. I also like that the link doesn’t restrict access, so I can copy it into an email to a company without worrying that someone won’t be able to open it.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The only demos available are click-through demos, and they don’t have any audio. Software platform demonstrations are better received when there’s commentary provided for each feature.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise enables me to quickly send a product demo to a company. It helps solve the problem of not having access to our demo sites: as a salesperson, I can still walk through the functionality and ease of use during a meeting, giving the audience a quick feel for the software before we schedule a live demo with our engineer.

 ### 2. Reprise makes demo creation seamless and scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler K. | PreSales Leadership Collective Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise from a solution perspective allowed Presales to enable more people to confidently speak to and demonstrate our solutions. This scale empowered more people at a major conference to have productive & engaging conversations with customers, increasing conversion rates. We were able to implement Reprise with a single administrator and builder; this was due to how easy the solution is to use. When we ran into some issues during build, the Reprise support team didn't just help resolve but also helped provide best practices for how we should folder/structure our builds to improve visibility into metrics. Both the solution and the staff at Reprise have truly exceeded all expectations.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Nothing at the moment, truly not a bad thing to say.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Empowering more team members within Revenue and our GTM teams to confidently speak to and demonstrate our vast product portfolios.

Eliminating reliance on fragile live demo environments

Scaling demo creation across a global presales organization

Delivering consistent, high-quality, customer-specific demos

Enabling AEs and SEs with tools that improve customer engagement and shorten sales cycles

 ### 3. Reprise makes creating interactive product demos simple and impactful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurjot Singh J. | Staff Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise makes it easy to create customized, interactive product demos without heavy engineering effort. I like how intuitive the platform is for tailoring demos to different audiences, ensuring a polished, real-time experience for prospects. The ability to showcase the product in a controlled yet realistic way has significantly improved our sales and customer engagement. The support and documentation are also strong, which helps us adopt new features quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The learning curve can feel steep at the beginning, especially when setting up complex demos that require advanced configurations. Occasionally, there are performance issues with larger demos, and analytics could be more robust to provide deeper insights into user interactions. While the platform is powerful, small usability improvements and more automation would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise is helping us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, tailored product demos without relying heavily on engineering resources. Instead of building one-off demo environments that require constant maintenance, we can now create reusable, scalable demos that showcase the product’s value clearly. This has shortened our sales cycle, improved customer engagement, and enabled marketing and presales teams to deliver a unified story. The ability to personalize demos for different industries and personas has also made our conversations more impactful and relevant.

 ### 4. Efficient and Intuitive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja M. | Vice President, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

What I like best about Reprise is how seamlessly it allows our team to create interactive product demos without relying on engineering. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes onboarding quick and easy. I can build, edit, and launch demos in a fraction of the time it used to take.
It gives us complete control over the customer experience during the sales process.
Our marketing and sales teams are more aligned and effective as a result.
Overall, it’s been a huge value-add to our go-to-market strategy.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

There’s very little to dislike about Reprise, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the learning curve can be slightly steep at first for non-technical users.
That said, the support team is responsive and the documentation is solid, which helps a lot.
As the platform continues to evolve, it’s clear they’re listening to user feedback and improving quickly.
Overall, any initial hurdles are far outweighed by the value it delivers.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise helps us solve the challenge of creating customized, interactive demos without needing constant developer resources.
Before, building demos was time-consuming and required engineering bandwidth.
Now, our go-to-market teams can build and update demos on their own.
This speeds up our sales cycles and improves customer engagement.
It also allows us to better showcase product value early in the buyer journey.
Overall, it’s increased efficiency and reduced our dependency on technical teams.

 ### 5. Demonstrating Complex Environments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil L. | Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It allows me to communicate via storytelling, very difficult and complex environments and use cases. It also allows me integrate with my own internal environment to utilize my SSO. Now that I am using Reprise, many folks in my organization are showing interest by allowing them to show their technical previews, that may only be up and running very briefly. The ability to then take all of these tours and use them to tell my stories with "one voice" has been vital to internal communications and sales support.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Nothing comes to mind, I have been very satisfied

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to tell stories using one single source of truth.

 ### 6. Intuitive, Clean, and the Best Demo Solution Available

Reprise is the best demo solution on the market, it simple intuitive and clean.

It also allows the text to show and make it easier to guide through the workflow

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- A clean guided walkthrough of the product and ensures I can touch on the points in a guided manner.

 ### 7. A must product for pre-sales teams.

Reprise allows us to scale our demos and verticalise in mostly easy UI friendly way without needing to create multiple environments.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

In some cases, it can be a little bit buggy but the support team is very helpful and usually solves any issue in very timely manner.

 ### 8. I use Reprise demo hand in had with Live demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise demo's are great! I use them hand in hand with live demos. The best thing about Reprise demos are that the out come is very seamless.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

It's hard to answer one off questions or examples with a reprise demo. The best thing about them is a consistent path and answer/demo. It's not the best for spur of the moment questions.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reprise to show demos that have complicated integrations that I would need to purchase. With Reprise I don't need to do that.

 ### 9. Great software for reusable demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max S. | Solution consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Its easy to use for both the demo builder and the end user.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Needs more features to support demo building. It can be quite tedious to build reusable demos, especially anything long or complex.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have on demand demos for both internal use and customer use. Reprise makes it super easy to share what a real demo would look and feel like without the pain of spinning up demo environments over and over again.

 ### 10. Reprise does what it says and does it well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The tooling is simple enough to have people making Replays in a day but feature rich enough that more advanced users can make more complicated productions after some experience.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The rendering sometimes is glitchy. Refreshing the screen or even closing the browser doesn't always fix the problem. Also, the handling of image screen imports has a somewhat clunky interface.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our LMS provides a certain level of functionality and our Skillable labs another. This fits our Goldilocks need for something more interactive than HTML content and less resource intensive than a Skillable lab.

 ### 11. Easy way to showcase product value

 ### 12. Great demo tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It's personalized and an interactive product . I like using it for live sales calls and product tours.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Takes time to learn and is a bit technical, not the most simple tool.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It delivers high-quality and consistent demos that shorten sales cycles and increase conversations into closed deals!

 ### 13. Reprise is a great tool for any Sales team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas D. | Business Development Manager - North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise allows our clients to see our product interface in real time and get a deeper understanding of the soluiton, before moving to demo.

We use it in discovery calls, with current customers to introduce a new use case, etc.

Very good tool !

Updating review (11/24): We still use Reprise, and are very happy with it. It helps cusotmers better understand our product in an interactive way, without us dedicating additional resources to the need. We free up time, and our cusotmer is able to better determine fit for our product. I recommend. The platform is also easy to use and fun to work with.

I appreciate the customer support as well.

I did not manage the implementation, but I believe it was easy & integrations are no problem.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I have no issues with Reprise.

Not planning on listing anything here.

Updating review (11/24): Still no issues.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing our product to people pre-demo or demonstrating specific use cases without pulling in Solution adivsory resources.

Really moves the needle on smaller deals.

Instills confidence in current / potential cusotmers.

Update (11/24): Still use review for customer facing needs - showcasing product before demo, being used in cold outreach emails now as well, etc. We still find it useful, increases engagement, gives prospect plenty of info without having to commit tons of time on either end, etc. Very helpful.

**Official Response from Laura Kim:**

> We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Thank you!

 ### 14. Makes your product come alive for your target audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phill B. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise makes it incredibly easy to capture and craft your click through demos. The team has invested in creating a simple, intuitive user interface to create and stich together demos based on your use case. The whole process is really straightforward and user friendly. Reprise also has invested in a rich library of resources so we can self-serve quickly when needed. The upshot is that getting from idea to publishing is really straightforward with Reprise, we can do it on our terms.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

This is minor, but I think the file organization and hierarchy is a little clunky and could be simpler and more visually engaging. However, this is a tangential issue and has little impact on the core prododuct

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping prospective customers understand the full suite of use cases, supporting our sales teams in demo'ing the product, training modules for customers, particularly at the onboarding phase.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thank you for this feedback, Phill!

They guided us through the process, helping us "Build Better Demos" that truly reflected the power of our products. Their attention to detail and creativity transformed our demonstrations, making them engaging and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

little bit controlled , would love to add more wider visibility

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

create demos on the fly so easily and so quick , I save my time in my job to do other important tasks

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks for the review, Abdelrahman! We're thrilled to hear Reprise is helping you save time while showcasing the full breadth and power of your products. We so appreciate your feedback as we continue to evolve our product offerings to meet the needs of demo creators.

 ### 19. Build demos that was rely on

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KISHAN M. | Executive Organic Certification, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Few weeks ago I had to prepare POC for an important customer meeting, without any training I built my first demo on reprise and didn't face any major challenge. I found reprise easy to user and very reliable. The demo built using reprise was very real to the point where it was almost impossible to tell the difference between live demo vs reprise demo.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

While capturing dashboard & charts, I faced some minor challenge where chart score and lines were not captured properly. Also I wish that we had some more inbuilt CSS features so I don't have to write any custom code.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had some issues in the past with our live demos where they might fail in customer presentation. Since using reprise I am always sure that they would executed exactly as they are capture. I like the guide feature as it is very easy to explain value of a demo using guides. I highly recommend it to others to try it

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Kishan, it's great to hear that Reprise helped you prep a POC, and that you found the tool easy to use without any training! We'll keep working on the dashboard and chart functionality. Thanks for sharing your experience!

 ### 20. A perfect application to make HTML Updates to your captures and create an enchanting demo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garima T. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I really like the fact that reprise has come up with a solution to be able to take control and link your screen captures, if we want to modify content and create a beautiful video out of it, it is perfect.
The fact that Reprise has included variables gives us a dynamic view of each reprise demo created.
It is also very easy to use and implement and integrate. I have been using it quite often and it has great customer support as well.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I believe Reprise could add more functionalities like instead of making updates on screen captures, if we create an entire video and then reprise should be able to capture each screens and help us modify them in our own way.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create demos for our clients and many times our clients are not technical so they won't be able to perform these updates in an actual instance, but clicking through reprise is very easy for them and now even they love to use it to create demos.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks Garima! We're happy to hear that Reprise has made it easier for you (and your clients!) to create demos, and we appreciate your suggestion for capturing and modifying entire videos. Your input is valuable to us as we continue to improve Reprise.

 ### 21. Great Tool for Product Tours and Demo Enablement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett K. | Market Strategy Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The Reprise product allows our teams to highlight functionality in our app a lot easier and tell a story to potentially interested buyers. Whether it be the top of the funnel where we're spotlighting what our product does and the value we can bring to the table, or the middle of the funnel where we want to highlight specific features for specific stakeholders, Reprise allows us to tell our story in a much more engaging fashion.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The tools for the demo environment don't fully support our needs enough to have our team switch over to this entirely. That being said, the Repirse team has been great about accepting product feedback and I know this is something they're working on.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise has been great in helping us showcase our product in an interactive way with prospects and customers. They can take a tour themsleves and click through parts of our app like a user and get excited about what we have to offer. The tracking ability to see who's viewing what has also been very helpful for our market facing teams.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Brett, we're so happy to hear that Reprise is helping you engage prospects across the funnel. We're focused on continuing to improve the platform so it supports all use cases across the team and appreciate your feedback!

 ### 22. Great tool that provides flexibility in an ever changing demo landscape

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari R. | Demo Configuration Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise has multiple tools that can be used for various demo use cases. The flexibility and editability of the replay tool has been huge in our company's demo successes over the last two years. The tool allows us to create customized demo content in quick and duplicatable manner.

The Reprise team is awesome to work with. They listen to and implement our feedback, as well as provide enablement assistance when needed. I've had the pleasure of being a part of the Reprise Builder Community, the new forum is a great place for sharing demo stategies and learning new ways to use the Reprise tools. Reprise has taken a very active role in creating a space we, the customers, can connect, learn from each other, and provide feedback to Reprise.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

There isn't much to dislike about Reprise. They nave do an amazing job of taking customer feedback and acting on it.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that quickly allows us to provide customizable demo content that did not require a full build everytime. We are a small team, Reprise helps us keep our workloads manageable while still providing a high quality customized demo.

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks for this wonderful review, Kari! We're thrilled to have you as a Replay customer for the past couple of years, and we're glad to help make your demo strategy a success. We're always working to bring more value through our product offerings as well as our learning center, which, as you note, continues to be a focus for improvement as we add new best practices and content. Thanks for your feedback and for being a Reprise customer!

 ### 23. Efficiently Automate your Demo Experiences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rocco R. | Sr. Demo Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise allows for scalable demo experiences across our business. Demo's can be tailored internally to knowledge level, function, etc. Externally we're able to brand, highlight use case, and incorporate guided leave behinds. It has become an essential component in our Presales process. Pointed experiences that are able to showcase essential functionality in alignment with our storied use cases allow us to walk the walk as we talk our talk. Lastly, support has always been a pleasure to work with. Each touch point we've had with a support function has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

It is a comprehensive product with growing configurability. So the trade-off is, to utilize all of its features, all of its capabilities, it takes time to learn. There are some rather more technical pieces to it as well that require more specialized knowledge.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling demo experiences. Production environments for each and every seller aren't an option, nor is taking the time to configure those individual environments. But building a demo experience that can be scaled to each seller, for their use case, their prospect/customer - branded and configured for them is monumental. Personally I love the leave behind use case and controlling that asset with expiration dates, gated welcome page, etc so the impression of the demo is lasting past the call.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> We're delighted to hear that Reprise is helping you scale demo experiences and create lasting impressions with leave behind assets. We understand that mastering all of its capabilities can take time, and we're dedicated to providing resources and support to help you leverage the full potential of the platform. Thanks Rocco!

 ### 24. Simple and effective product, stellar team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashita S. | Senior Director, Field Engineering Strategy & Scale, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It's simple and it works. Their end goal is to help you do demos without being logged into a demo environment. Beats doing YouTube video recordings, screenshot guided documentation or PPTs etc hands down. We use it extensively not only on our website, in high volume PreSales scenarios (think SDR, BDR, SMB, Startup patches etc) and for internal training but also for Beta feature demos where the product isn't stable yet (our Product Managers and PreSales team love this). Also is a quick dirty way to get ready for tradeshows vs messing with (always awful) wifi trying to log into our demo environments. Also love the governance capabilities, we can crowdsource the creation of the content while maintaining a tight noose on quality by limiting review & approval/publish rights.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I find myself wishing it had more features that helped with end to end top of funnel tracking for SDR ,BDR etc. I'm looking at Consensus for this but really hoping I don't need to go there because I like Reprise's tech a lot better. It's low maintenance and reduces the cost of updating assets like these significantly.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-AE demos without PreSales in the room
-Beta product demos
-Enablement (Internal & Customer)
-Guided walkthroughs for user onboarding
-Tradeshow kiosk prebaked demos
-Internal enablement on any new tools etc

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for your review, Ashita! It's great to see Reprise powering such a robust set of use cases within your organization. Your account team will follow up on the feature request you mentioned here -- we should be able to help with this.

Reprise allows your team to create interactive and engaging demos without requiring the immediate involvement of your solution architects. This frees them up to focus on their core tasks while still enabling your sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients in the early stages.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reprise! We're always working on improving the quality and possibilities of what can be captured, and appreciate your feedback about animation.

 ### 27. Build live demos effortlessly using Reprise.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sakshi M. | Senior Project Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I like that you can use Reprise to build live demos as well as self-guided demos without writing any lines of code. There's lot of customization options available while building demo and are very easy to learn. For custom changes, you could just modify HTML and CSS and it is reflected immediately, and the best part is that for every demo you can track important usage metrics such as unique sessions, median duration etc.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

- No option available to export the entire demo in MS Powerpoint.
- It does not capture modals, popups propertly.
- There should be more styling options available by default so I don't have to write CSS code.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise helped me to prepare realistic demos, also I saved a lot of time while preparing demos. Demo quality was really high.
It also empowers partner sellers to demo when we are not there.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for writing this review, Sakshi! We're glad to hear that Reprise is saving you time while preparing high quality demos. We'll continue working on improving the user experience and encourage you to reach out to your account team about specific requests - we appreciate you!

 ### 28. Must have tool for building demos quickly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | ServiceNow Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I have been using Reprise for quite some time now, it is an amazing easy to use & easy to understand tool for building great demos within few minutes! I have built around 8-10 demos in last 3 months without facing any major issues. Customer support teams are super responsive and open to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Some of the CSS properties such as padding, margin could be automated as it gets little problematic if you don’t know CSS. Sometimes Reprise also captures blank white screens, the screen pop-up are also mis-placed when captured.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our live demos are very prone to failures due to environment & server issues. Reprise helps us avoid all failures and our sales consultant are very confident in front of customer as they know this would never fail.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for this review, Akash. We're glad to hear you've been off and running with Reprise and that it's helping your sales consultants deliver high quality demos with confidence and consistency. We'll keep working to improve the user experience - thank you for your feedback!

 ### 29. Essential tools for rapidly creating demos.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth M. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I've been using Reprise for some time now, and it's an excellent tool that's intuitive and straightforward for creating impressive demos in a matter of minutes! Over the past three months, I've created around 8-10 demos without any significant problems. The customer support team is extremely responsive and open to suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Some CSS properties, such as padding and margin, could be automated because they can be difficult to manage if you're not well-versed in CSS. Sometimes, Reprise captures blank white screens, and the screen pop-ups are occasionally misaligned when captured.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our live demos frequently encounter failures due to environmental and server issues. Reprise eliminates these problems, providing our sales consultants with the confidence that their demos will consistently perform well during customer presentations.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for this review, Parth. We're glad to hear you've been able to quickly create demos using Reprise, and that it's helping your sales consultants deliver high quality demos with consistency and confidence. We'll keep working on improving the user experience and appreciate your feedback.

 ### 30. Positive Reprise Expirence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrzej C. | Senior Manager Operations & Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Ease of Use, Reliability and Flexibility. also like Offline Capability and the way how Reprise is checking with customers where to go next with the platfrom!

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike. Previously, I was concerned about the missing capability to capture animations, such as a spinning icon during loading. However, the team provided a solution, and now it’s perfect.”

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prep Time, lack of internet, able to demo out of the pocket

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for sharing this feedback, Andrzej!

 ### 31. An essential component of any demo program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise as a company is incredibly reponsive to customer feedback, constantly striving to understand use cases. They also believe in the power customer community, connecting users from different companies to build upon ideas and share applications of the solution.

Reprise as a product continues to get better and better. Finding the best way to showcase our solution to prospects at every stage of the sales cycle is the underlying crux of my job. With Reprise, I have a variety of approaches which not only allow me to create demo assets targetted to different users, but also allow me to enable more users within my own organizatino to deliver those demonstrations.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Reprise is great for creating demonstrations of web-based applications. If your application is not web-based, howerver, the capabilities are limited and seem somewhat cumbersome.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise allows us to focus our solution demonstrations on the key items a proposect is interested in seeing. We can easliy fine tune use cases to make them meaningful and targetted. By being able to rerun our demos as many times as needed, we can practice without needing to continually make new sets of test data.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience - we're glad that you're getting value from the Reprise product and from our growing customer community. We appreciate you!

 ### 32. Functionality is great

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | IT consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It adds a level of ease to delivering complex and stressful demos and this alone is underestimated.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

From a user experience, the control panel is great but couldn't be made more user friendly by allocating the functions vertfically on the side of the screen rather than horizontally.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to reliever service demos across enterprise

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Hi Andrew, thanks for sharing this feedback. Our product team would be interested in connecting directly to learn more about your experience. Let me know if you'd be up for this or feel free to reach out to your account team to coordinate. Thank you!

 ### 33. Great tool, and gets the job done + Impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanneh B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I was asked to develop a quick 10-15 min demo for our platform to showcase a telmatics demo. Without much training, only a guided 1 hour session with another coworker who have used it, I made it work. I delivered my 10 min demo and my audience was happy.
It was somewhat easy to use, and even though you are building brick by brick the ending products is fantastic. I will be creating many more demos, I really liked it.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I will do my best, but all your features and tool use was really nicely thought out, BUT just maybe there could be a sample view of what you are creating next to screen you are working on.
Yes, I know there is the preview button (or link) that does the same thing, but many of us are visual people.
The text boxes to write guided demos, should be able to be moved in a more precise manner.
Not all spaces, such as top left, middle bottom, and so on are precise to where you need to place the box and still showcase the slide.
Again, my two cents. Thank you

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That you build a demo once, and is ready to meet customers. But this could help 101 sessions, any deep dives or additional features for example a customer wanting to look at the platform and see it run, then we can't use Reprise.
I had a demo recently, and while many of other speakers where not able to present their LIVE demos, I did my presentation start ot finish, withou a glitch thanks to Reprise.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Hanneh, we're so glad to hear that Reprise helped you deliver a successful demo with minimal training. Your feedback about the ability to preview the demo as you build it and the precision of moving text boxes is valuable, and we will definitely take it into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience!

 ### 34. Easy to use and great customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence Y. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Implementing Reprise was straightforward and we were able to start adopting this tool across our Sales team within a month. The customer and engineering support from Reprise has been helpful and they have been able to accomodate specific use cases that required custom code.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The demo experience itself can still use some refinement to make it more app-like. Some features such as hiding certain elements or working with modals require custom code which means engineering time with Reprise.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise helps us launch features to our demo quicker and without using up valuable engineering time from our own teams.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback, Lawrence. We're glad your team was able to easily and quickly adopt Reprise, and will continue working to improve the user experience. We appreciate you!

 ### 35. Incredible demos with Reprise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gazmend K. | Senior Director, Product Marketing & Creative Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise makes it simple to build high-fidelity demo experiences. The in-browser capture tool works like magic, giving our demo engineers the ability to replicate demo environments and customize data without having to provisioni new environments.

The multiple use cases are also great. We initially purchased Reprise to help our sales engineers create better demos, but have since started using Reprise within marketing. We've replaced product video tours with interactive Reprise walkthroughs to increase engagement on our corporate site.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Can be complex to use given how configurable and flexible it is.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The complexity of our product made managing and provisioning multiple demo environments challenging. Reprise solves that challenge by capturing the exact look and feel of our application while giving our sales engineers the flexibility to easily customize the data and flow to fit their narrative.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Gazmend, we're so glad to hear that you've had such a positive experience with Reprise. Thanks for this feedback!

 ### 36. Get demo ready in minutes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit P. | Software Engineer - ServiceNow, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise is great platform for building demos. Demos built using reprise are always very reliable & realistic. It is easy to use & easy to build platform and just requires basic understanding of HTML and CSS to build compelling demos. Reprise has multiple features and helps you tell great story. Customer support for reprise is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

It lacks capabilities to build realistic chat experiences, plugin itself does not work properly sometimes and I did not find the new Edit4 very reliable.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me building realistic and reliable demos, gives me confidence that unlike live demos, demos built using Reprise are not gonna have any issues in presentations.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Sumit! We're always working to improve the user experience overall, and appreciate your input.

 ### 37. Streamlining Data Assets for the whole Sales Funnel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil L. | Technical Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

This platform has an amazing set of tools. Demonstrating complex software stacks can be difficult, but with Reprise we are able to have complex scenarios re-usable without having to build out from scratch. The team at Reprise has been very responsive and helpful for questions and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Management of assets could be a little more detailed, but overall it is simple enough to make sense of.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking demo assets throughout the sales funnel, and providing content for the top of the funnel.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks for this review, Phil. We're excited to partner with you on the journey to build an impactful demo program!

 ### 38. easy to use product with highly customisable feature to show a demo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The user interface is intuitive and doesnt need alot of training to start with. The capture is automatical, it caputures the web content directly instead of capture screen recording, which makes the demo much more realistic. The plugin is doesn't need extra effor to setup and I can easily the capture my demo. There are lots of powerful feature to animate the demo and show information.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Need a lot of re-touching work to make the demo, if it is possible to capture my actions during the demo and automatically generate the a draf version of demo, that would be more efficient.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to demonstrate our product setup with many possible scenarios, each scenario needs different steps of setup. It raises difficults for endusers to just follow our public documentation, the Reprise demo comes with much more realistic experience for endusers to better understand our product setup, this is really helpful.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Reprise. We strive to make the capture process as realistic and effortless as possible. We understand the need for automatically generating a draft version of the demo and will take this into consideration for future updates. We appreciate your valuable input.

 ### 39. It is very convenient tool for building quick demo and showcase the value.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furkat S. | Principal Outbound Product Manager, Platform Foundation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

easy to use and quick to build demo with any screens.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

moving screens from buttom to top or tom to buttom, it takes so much time. Some of the list view still requires HTML code changes in order to reflect the actual data. It does not fully capture.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to build actual instance with demo data which takes time. I can quickly use Reprise to build and capture all live look like demo screens.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Reprise. We're happy to hear that it has been beneficial for quickly building live-like demo screens, and are actively working to deliver an even better user experience. We appreciate you!

 ### 40. One of the best demo tools despite a few synchronisation glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Objects are captured with such precision that anything can be described with Reprise's guides. This makes replays very powerful and helps the creator guide the end user through practically anything on their screeen.
Add to that the different types of guides, the navigability through the different buttons, etc. which improves eve further the flow of the demo.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

There seem to be a few synchronisation issues while creating a replay.
Sometimes when editing a guide, the display refreshes itself accordingly, then abruptly reverts back to the old state.
This gets even more inconvenient when I add a new guide, that suddenly disappears, not only in the display, but as an element all together. Any text I would have already enterd in it gets lost, and I have to recreate the guide again.
When publishing again, the previous description sometimes gets lost.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically and seemlessly capturing the different objects on the screen is particularly useful. No need for intricate tweaking to detect and describe a particular element displayed on a screen. The author of the demo can finally focus on the narrative and the topic at hand, rather than the technicality of the tool.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> We appreciate your positive feedback about Reprise's precision in capturing objects and the variety of guides available. We're sorry to hear about the synchronization issues you've experienced while creating replays. Our team is committed to addressing these technical challenges, and we value your input as we work to enhance the overall user experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

 ### 41. Easy to use and configure

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjana G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It's feel is like a real demo and I really like how we can change/modify the screens as per our convinience. I find it easy to use and it saves a lot of time for the entire team.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

It's limitations with the image and video insertion in the demo/screens

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to release the demos faster as the new demo build efforts are eliminated

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> It's great to hear that Reprise is helping you release demos faster by eliminating new demo build efforts. We appreciate your support and feedback and we continue to improve the platform. Thanks!

 ### 42. Reprise - Guided Demo Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Friendly to use, Powerful Guides with multiple Attention Grabbing Options, We love the Masking and the Pulse Guides, these really draw attention to the elements on screen. Customer Support is really good and the agents are very attentive.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Sometimes the guides can be a bit finicky to position, the New V4 editor has some feature disparity compared to V3 but i believe this will be rectified in future releases.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us to increase global scale of demos, saves us time for our engineers and allows a good first point of contaqct for our customers to see our solutions.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> Thanks so much for leaving this review and sharing the features of Reprise that you appreciate most! We're actively working on improvements to the V4 Editor - stay tuned and don't hesitate to reach out to your account team with specific questions or challenges.

 ### 43. Reprise - simple and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The tool is easy to use and our team has begun to extensively use Reprise for our interactive demos on our site.
the Reprise team is also very collabrative and is very proactive in reaching out for suggestions on how to improve the product.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

there are small aspects in the v3 UI that are a little difficult to navigate, but these issues are not present in the v4 version of the tool.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows the customer to take a hands on tour wihtout talking to sales

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> We're happy to hear that Reprise has been effective for your team's interactive demos, and that challenges in v3 have been addressed. Thanks!

 ### 44. A tool I didn't know we needed, and now can't live without it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

It is amazing being able to capture live experiences and then customize it to fit our use case. We have found so many uses for this tool, and we continue to. I use it every day. Support is really responsive. I wasn't involved in implementation, but as a regular user, I really enjoy this tool.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

There are some limitations and bugs, but nothing that fully diminishes my experience.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to capture and replicate experiences that are difficult to show. We've use Reprise for training, live demos, and as a back up if all else fails.

**Official Response from Karina Babcock:**

> We love to hear that Reprise has become an essential tool for your daily work supporting numerous use cases, and that our support team has been responsive to your needs. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

 ### 45. Really great product and even better team!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise has the same look and feel as the actual product but allows you to anonymize data and create a great story by piecing together different screenshots of your platform UI. Really great product for the marketing/guided tour use case.

Reprise's Support team is top notch - very quick response times and white glove service.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Editing is time-consuming and tedious... if your platform/application has a lot of tooltips and hovers built into its UI, you're going to need to capture each and every one of these hover items and individually link them to the screen you've screenshotted.

We were an early customer of Reprise; unfortunately, the platform has only become more unusable quarter by quarter.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reprise enables us to show our product off to our prospects and customers without needing to use an actual sales rep to demo it. On top of that, our sales reps are able to practice their pitches and demos using Replays that we've created, acting as an training and enablement tool as well. Through the Replays that we've created, sellers are able to give a high level harbour tour of the platform without needing to click into every single screen and out of the weeds.

**Official Response from Jake Sotir:**

> Hi David - thanks so much for taking the time to leave this honest feedback. While it's tough to hear we haven't lived up to your expectations in some areas, we deeply value your partnership and I know our team is committed to righting the ship for you here. We'll reach out to you directly to work on that together.

 ### 46. Great potential for this product, with a few current limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Extremely easy to capture dynamic, functional screens for use in demos. The ability to see working rollover states and responsive resizing of content is so much better than static screenshots. I also like that it is easy to go back to a captured screen and edit the text/content of those screens after the fact. The new beta V4 editing mode is very easy to use. The Reprise team has been great with providing support and meeting with us.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The current V3 editing interface can be very cumbersome to use and time consuming. The upcoming V4 edit is much more streamlined. I wish the capture process would include working rollover states for flyout menus and items like that. As it stands now, you have to capture all that stuff seperatley, then piece together "clips" as layers, which do not automatically align and have to be programmed with links seperatley. Also, I wish there was a way to remember your scroll state when going between screens. Right now, when the next screen loads, it loads at the top of page. These are items Repirse reps have said they are working to improve.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to replace elaborate technical trainings on how to use software. In the past, we have used other products that essentially just grab static screenshots of each page. Reprise feels much more lifelike and true to the product. The ability to embed inside iFrames allows us to incorperate into our training courses as good hands-on activities.

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. It's great to hear you're having success with the latest version of our editor. We're always actively working to improve usability and performance, and your review means a great deal to us. We're excited to get some of the enhancements you mentioned in the hands of users like yourself very soon. Thanks for being a Reprise customer!

 ### 47. Reprise for Product Tours

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I like that I can easily ad guides and link them together. A lot of the new UX updates they have made make it much easier to use the platform overall and create product tours for our demand or partner teams. With the new pricing options they have made it easier for our enterprise team to send personalize demos to customers as well and highlight only features important to them which helps a ton with longer sales cycle deals.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I think the UI can be hard to learn for new people. I also don't love that there are only admin roles. I think having view-only roles would be cool or the ability for someone to comment feedback on a version that you can then accept or deny.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a few product offerings, so finding a way to tell a story with all of them has been a challenge I'm using reprise to support. We also created short product tours to help increase leads and conversion from our website and via email.

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear you're enjoying the new enhancements to UX as you build tours to showcase your product line. In response to your comment about admin roles, we wanted to let you know that we do support view-only roles and we'd love to help get those set up for your team. Please contact us at support@reprise.com for assistance. Thanks for being a Reprise customer!

 ### 48. Simplifies demo or tutorials of any product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adil A. | Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

We can highlight or add more information of any segment from our demo and also make it interactive

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Not much to dislike. Sometimes it does not precisely replicate the UI/webpage when captured. Alignment issues or font changes etc.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can automate demos for FAQ's and basic structure of our product

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks so much for your review! We’re so glad to hear that Reprise is helping you automate and scale your demo strategy with interactive product demos. We appreciate you!

 ### 49. Great experience using G2 Reprise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stallon A M. | Product Manager - Privacy and Risk Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

I have used Reprise to build personalized and interactive demos for accelerating sales cycles at my firm. Until this day I am enjoying it.
The seamless experience of live demos, and end-to-end buyers' journey experience are some of the elite use cases that I am in love with.
Overall a highly recommendable platform to all working in this genre.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

I don't dislike anything about Reprise. If I get the chance to suggest anything, that would be integration. While they are doing great in integrating many experiences, there is scope for more.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us accelerate the sales journey. It is passively helping us in earning trust in our sales demos and winning us man businesses.

**Official Response from Carrie Saracini:**

> Thanks for your review, Stallon. We're glad to hear Reprise is helping you accelerate sales cycles with customized, interactive demos. We appreciate you!

 ### 50. Great product for recording product tours

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Intuitive interface out of the box and once you learn some of the features and how to manipulate the popup instructions it's a great tool for people of varying technical literacy and experience with tour creation.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Currently it does not fully support creating mobile tour experiences of products from what I can tell from documentation. Our products work on both desktop and mobile and this feature would be a great value add. Especially when users are viewing our site on a mobile phone the tours are not optimized for a mobile experience.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our users are very much within the "show me" realm of consumers, relying on visuals and actual demos/tours in their decision making journey. By allowing them to experience first hand a tour of our product it has made great progress to helping convert potential customers into clients.
