**What do you like best about Reprise?**

How it's sharable. 

You can create a click path for what you would like to express, and then share it multiple times with multiple stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

What I dislike is the learning curve. I am not the most enabled on the platform, but I an use it for my needs. I feel like I am just scratching the surface and do not know the best practices, but I'll get there.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Customers who need to learn about a certain use case of my product or a walkthrough of the product, this is a great resource to send over. 

Also when I was a CSM these reprise's would be amazing to send out to new stakeholders at our accounts.

Integrations with our CRM wasn't great - we had to do a lot of work there

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to give a walkthrough of our product in real time. No need for a SE to give a demo or wait for the team's availability.

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The tours look great when finished and there is a lot of useful customization that you can do to make the tour your own. The screen capture part of the tool works great.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

This is one of the buggiest tools I have ever used. The autosave often doesn't work and I have to redo work 4-5 times to get it to save. The UI is very crowded and hard to navigate. Overall it is not very intuitive and there are more customizations than most uses call for. 

However, support is very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to show visitors a simple product tour to give them a sense of what our product can do.

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

The platform itself is a good tool. Most helpful is the ability to create multiple replays. I use most the guide feature. The clips feature has a steep learning curve and some more guidance on the technical side would have been helpful. I don't know HTML and I find I need to take the initiative to find code on google over on reprise.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The platform has quite a few technical bugs and the UI is not good. I have to switch between having my screen on 80% when creating a replay and then 100% when demo'ing the replay. Other than that, a few technical bugs (the duplication of guides, screens not loading, clips disappearing) have frustrated me and I took a week off reprise because of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Reprise:**

I can tell the technical team has limited capacity and that roll outs to software are not tested as thoroughly as they should be. Your customers can be your QA engineers, but I think you should credit us or discount or plan. I have faith in reprise but for the amount I'm paying, the product should be flawless. 

If another customer asked me if reprise was worth what i am paying, I would say no at the moment. But, I have faith that with more time the dev team can make a better product.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of showing a complicated product on our website. This is the primary use of reprise, even though we have the sales version. I imagine the sales team will be using reprise in the future, however right now some of the screens are slow to load and this would break the emersion of a demo.

There's a lot of technical set ups that needs to be in place before you can start creating value.

Depending on your product, the set up might take some time, but you will be in good hands!

We are using it to expose more people to our actual platform, so that we through that can increase our booked meetings.

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

Reprise helps us quickly build interactive and clickable demos that we can use on our website, landing pages, and email campaigns. We used Reprise in our product-led growth motion to help educate free trial users on the specific use cases that they could address with our solution.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Building a product tour in Reprise does take time. You will need a reasonably technical builder (HTML knowledge is useful) who can work with Reprise to capture product screenshots, edit copy, and create a logical flow. However, the CS teams at Reprise are great and help address any issues you might encounter.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Reprise to build interactive product tours that help prospects clearly understand the value of our free trial product before they sign up for it. Reprise is great for educating customers and helping account teams do product demos without depending on solution architects.

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

This is an excellent product.  We are using it as part of a Product Led Growth strategy and are in the process of building out our replays at the moment.  The PS team is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

Haven't found anything to be unhappy about yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Reprise:**

Be sure to sign up for some professional services with Reprise, it will help you get up and running a lot quicker.  They can also help you understand best practices when building out what they call "replays".  Getting your head around what a "Replay" is can be confusing at first, but once you understand it, it's pretty simple.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting people to see our product as soon as possible.  Prospects love our product when they see it, we just need more people to see it.

In-Screen Editor Capability would be a good feature to have
Not having an ability to white list IP for internal users who can run through published demos with out logging into reprise

**What do you like best about Reprise?**

My favorite part about working with Reprise is crafting an experience. Reprise allows for instant understanding of even complex product use cases by putting the prospect directly in the driver's seat, with a guided but interactive experience. It is far more engaging than copy on a page or a recorded video and allows for layers of flexibility that both those mediums lack. I've yet to find a tool that I enjoy using more.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

My only actual dislike of Reprise is not having enough bandwidth to put more time into it! While there can be slightly frustrating moments when screens aren't being captured right or editing certain elements in a Replay, Reprise is quick to respond and address any concerns. They are an excellent partner.

**What problems is Reprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily customer education with new prospects and new products introduced to our existing base. It's much easier to send a Replay walking someone through the product than to schedule a demo, especially if they are still early in the discovery process. We have plans to explore using Reprise in other capacities, such as sales prospecting, in the future.

The team at Reprise is pretty great, which makes all the difference when trying out a new solution. The software is also pretty slick and easy to work with.

No big complaints yet, just started using it.

Spinning up demos for prospect hasn't always been the easiest, but with Reprise we're doing it in a very self-serve type way. Working in tandem with the team, we're able to define what we're looking for and have our vision pretty seamlessly come to life.

Not to mention the CS team and design team are the most helpful people ever. I described my vision to the Reprise team, and they helped me create a delightful tour!

The tool was user-friendly and quite intuitive. Really liked the way we could make changes to the code.

We didn't receive a lot of updates over the course of our membership

Reprise is helping us capture the screenshot along with HTML, CSS and JS. With that we can tweak the code and update the screenshots as per our need.

I like how you can capture url sites including webpages, online tools and platforms with great ease and to bring them to life for a wunderdul user experience. An ex-colleague used the term video walk-through to describe what reprise helps create, for me it is like a choose your path experience that is guided by informative insights. It was an experience that truly helps others see the potential of a solution.

**What do you dislike about Reprise?**

The tool was technical and required lots of trial and error. If the trial and error periods from learning how to use the tool was limited then the experience of using the tool will be greatly increased. Though, In actuality, I didn't dislike anything. This is because the team at reprise was willing to take the time to explain or share details on how to solve an issue or guide me in how to make a process work.

Providing a guided walk-through experience of a gated platform and solution in a real environment for prospects to see the benfits before they make a single purchase.

Editing the screens and guides can be buggy, but support was always able to help/provide answers

Like any other platform, it takes some time to adjust to the formatting/control panel while creating customized product tours.

With a customized product tour, you can showcase the product in its best light. Other tools are much more limiting - more selling power.

From the people to the technology, everything about Reprise is fantastic.

At this point, nothing. Whenever I have a challenge in the tool, the Reprise team are super responsive and quick to find a fix.

We're using Reprise across marketing, sales, and support to change how we communicate product features and functionality, use cases, support documentation, etc., to prospects and customers. We're still new to it, but the possible applications seem endless.

We have just started to use the product but have found no downsize thus far.
