I have personally had this system crash on me 4 time. It freezes up and is unusable in that account for the rest of the day. It is cleared up by the next day, however. I wish there was an easier way to locate inventory by searching the item code rather than scrolling through the list of items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It sometimes works... There really is not much to say about the product that is positive, but the system does keep track of past customers very well. Many times it will find a customer when the hard copy of their receipt has gone missing. Also able to keep track of the older transactions from over ten years ago. So when someone comes in and asks to buy the same desk or table that was bought years back, we are able to help them with that. When using the daily reports, the system is very easy to read. The inventory doesn't usually load for certain stores. Trouble with errors when entering tickets. The system is slower than any other I've ever worked with. It has issues with freezing up when you go too fast (ie: try and type a search for an item in inventory). GA has many problems with keeping the stocking correct in each store, even losing some items entirely out of the system and forcing the management to reenter the items.
