**What do you like best about Genero Sales?**

Its very easy for the sales force and it also have education online . The reporting system is good and you can make your own reports. Genero is very easy to connecy new sales reps with a new licens and even close one . Genero can send orders to the customers direct and that save a lot of time for the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Genero Sales?**

Have nothing to complain about , have done it for some time ,10 years .

**What problems is Genero Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ordering system and the sales forca can have there drivers log in Genero as well , save time

**What do you like best about Genero Sales?**

The main client Genero Striker itself, also outstanding response time when you need help from CST / KAM

**What do you dislike about Genero Sales?**

It would be nice to be able to upload templates on your own when working with masterdata.  But it works fine anyways as it is right now.

**What problems is Genero Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to shoot EDI orders directly into the wholesalers order system.
