**What do you like best about Gallinet PeopleHours?**

allows each employee to have control over work shifts, vacations, disabilities in real time with continuous monitoring that allows each employee's condition to be much more orderly and clear so as not to cross them, facilitates work in a good way with a platform that keeps everything organized

**What do you dislike about Gallinet PeopleHours?**

I do not see negative aspects of this platform, I have experienced a good quality of correct operation without failures

**What problems is Gallinet PeopleHours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very beneficial in the sense of having everything up to date in payments, reports and control of employees, it is like having a giant human resources team but in a single platform that performs all these tasks very correctly and without mistakes with everything up to date to keep everything up to date

2. Handle Attendance Activity

5. Different Types of reports that help us to analyze yearly employee performance.
6. Easy to use

**What do you dislike about Gallinet PeopleHours?**

As per my requirement, I am pleased with Gallinet. We can add more features to the payroll module. Other than I am happy with the product. Also, we can add tax regarding tools/modules.

**What problems is Gallinet PeopleHours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a platform that can help us manage employee activity, leaves, and payment details so our employees can also see all parties, and the Manager/Leader can see the performance of every employee. overall, may features are added in Gallinet, which helps our organization. Thanks

**What do you like best about Gallinet PeopleHours?**

The UI of the software displays all the employees on one page.
The best thing about it is that it also specifies the logged-in employees along with the time they are logged in.

**What do you dislike about Gallinet PeopleHours?**

The app is quite good however for me personally it is not stable enough, it crashes once I click on the refresh button and it lacks a widget for the iOs platform.

**What problems is Gallinet PeopleHours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I am an agent using it I certainly do not have much access to all the features of the software however its great to be able to see if my teammates are logged in or not and also check if they are on break.
