**What do you like best about GalaBid?**

At our most recent fundraiser, Billie was there and helped throughout the evening which made It successful and smooth.

There were no issues. Anytime I had question, the GalaBid reps were quick to answer

**What do you like best about GalaBid?**

GalaBid is so simple to use. It's extremely user friendly and concise, which makes it easy customers to navigate. I love the import template for adding items; it saves so much time! This is my 4th auction and I can't wait to continue using it in the future!

**What do you dislike about GalaBid?**

I'd love to see the option to send longer email communications to guests.

**What problems is GalaBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service is saving me so much time on invoicing guests and keeping track of bids. I dont need to collect emails or write down purchases, GalaBid does it all.

**What do you like best about GalaBid?**

The automatic invoicing feature on the site save me HOURS of work. I love that I didn't have to worry about adding items up for guests and can easily send payment reminders. I also loved that guests had to put in their payment info before bidding. So helpful!

**What do you dislike about GalaBid?**

The only downside is that I still have a few people who have not paid, which really isn't the platform's fault unless emailed invoices are going to spam. I'd love the ability to "flag" guests from not participating in the future if they go unpaid.

**What problems is GalaBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GalaBid was so helpful in being able to effectively run our auction. In the past, we've used social media to have people bid, which can get extremely unorganized and chaotic. Being able to send outbid notifications dramatically increased the revenue for our fundraiser!
