How do I know the number of active users in my community, considering that it is from the telecommunications sector? A community designed for self-support, from the telecommunications sector, has the majority of registered users who only ask one question, usually. and go to the community to solve a specific question, they do not seek to have more interaction than to resolve their question. How can we create active users in a community that focuses on self-support?
