**What do you like best about Gabbyville?**

There was nothing I liked about Gabbyville other than leaving.

**What do you dislike about Gabbyville?**

Disliked Everything. Call Quality. Training of Receptionists. Intake process lacking. No follow-up to ensure quality. Massive errors. They were unable to even use our proper business name when answering EVERY call, and on our voicemail. When this was brought to their attention, it was not rectified. There was zero accountability for their errors. Refund was refused.

**What problems is Gabbyville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They created more problems. None were solved. No benefits were realized.
