In the field of data collection, we often require software that is robust and customizable. Fulcrum is the one that helps us achieve both. The support help page is so exhaustive that we find all the answers there, all the features are well documented and their support team is also very responsive. Nothing about the app I can remember that I dislike. The only thing is they can add more reporting options so that we don't have to use the data generated in this app in any other reporting app and generate reports through it. Adding more report options will help us use the app more rather than depending on other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
