**What do you like best about FSI?**

once mastered it was SUPER easy to use. It became like second nature using the keys and short codes. also it is very customizable to each individual pharmacy. 

**What do you dislike about FSI?**

Took very long to figure out. very tough. updates sometimes "break" other programs. have to pay on weekend for help (which is when all problems occur)

**Recommendations to others considering FSI:**

need some training videos to help new users learn the program.

**What problems is FSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

good account set up for patients who want monthly statements (usually long term care patients)
simple way to bill third parties
