I like that we can see multiple vendors. It makes it simple to have everything there, even ABC, when orders can be done directly from ABC or SmartSource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The updates to the site do not seem to be up to date. We are no longer able to do returns and if we can the process is not very well at the moment. We submit returns and get no communication with next steps to process them. Along with updates, there are vendors who do not have updated catalogs. Some vendors are blank, some have numbers and they aren't accurate. I'm not sure how often they get updates on products that vendors have, but I've had to find out the hard way that the catalog is not accurate for certain vendors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ALL THE VENDORS ARE IN ONE PLACE. SUBMITTING ORDERS IS EASY. I LIKE HOW I HAVE A BACKUP WAY TO GET AN INVOICE IF THE FILE CORRUPTS AFTER ARRIVAL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DOES NOT WORK WELL FOR PEOPLE WITH PRIMARY VENDOR CONTRACTS. I'VE HAD TO PUT IN OVER 20 PAGES OF FORMULARY OVERRIDES AND ITS STILL SORTING ITEMS WEIRD. THE ALGORITHUMS ARE NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. IT TAKES ME 10X LONGER TO DO THE ORDER & I AM THE FASTEST AT IT CURRENLTY. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A BETA SOFTWARE & SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ROLLED OUT YET. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
