**What do you like best about Frog Connect (formerly Upswift)?**

Upswift has allowed us to focus our attention on building our core product while trusting that upswift can help us remotely manage and maintain our devices in the field. Upswift has been a life saver in secure remote access to our initial prototypes allowing us to provide the best possible customer experience by keeping the software up to date as we learn more in the field.

**What do you dislike about Frog Connect (formerly Upswift)?**

No downsides at the moment we've managed to deploy this in minutes to our devices

**What problems is Frog Connect (formerly Upswift) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing a AI powered beehive monitoring IOT platform which requires us to deploy devices in remotely locations. As a IOT startup we are having to work through hardware, software and business priorities, upswift has saved us considerable time in being able to focus on building our core product.

**What do you like best about Frog Connect (formerly Upswift)?**

The most useful feature on the UpSwift platform is the ability to remotely log into edge devices. It's also very useful to monitor processes that are running on devices to see if any of them have failed.

**What do you dislike about Frog Connect (formerly Upswift)?**

Nothing really! UpSwift has been the missing piece to our project and with this, it is now able to upscale world wide

**What problems is Frog Connect (formerly Upswift) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we have services running on edge devices that can fail for a number of reasons. UpSwift is able to send us an email notification when one of these devices goes down and we are able to diagnose the problem quickly, and push out an update to fix it. This results in a lot less down time for our customers
