What do you like best?
Compared to some of the bigger players like Intercom and Drift, I think FreshChat is doing *incredibly* well - both in their features and in their price point. Their service is way more accessible for my agency stuff and I've recommended it to all my clients who have also seen great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Support services hours are off-and-on. I really have no idea when I can contact them, and the response times vary from instant response to a day or so, even on business days. It's not a bad response time, but it's just my thoughts. I would love to see some improvements to the bot as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Technically: The bot integration has been really smooth until now. it has definitely given us a lot of leads and being a premium product, even a single lead adds a lot of value to the sales process
