**What do you like best about Freshdesk Mint CTI?**

- Love the revamped UI. It's super clean and easy to navigate
- The mobile interface is well done
- The overall CX experience on FD Mint is perfect

**What do you dislike about Freshdesk Mint CTI?**

Nothing at this point. But more native integrations with software that are industry leaders wouldn't hurt

**What problems is Freshdesk Mint CTI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We have a huge support team, almost 100 people working 24/7, given our product is complicated we get a lot of queries and keeping a track of them and ensuring we're hitting SLA's all while maintaining superior CX experience is important. FD Mint has helped streamline this entire process

**What do you like best about Freshdesk Mint CTI?**

This upgrade in Freshdesk integration with CTI was much needed. To be able to call within the CRM and have all telephone records in place is a boon for anyone in sales team!

**What do you dislike about Freshdesk Mint CTI?**

Nothing as of yet. I haven't come across any such error or glitch yet.

**What problems is Freshdesk Mint CTI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling directly from the Freshdesk app, without having to integrate another tool and increase the techstack.
