**What do you like best about FreightSimple?**

James here from Nexus Reno & Decor Inc. From my initial conversation with Natasha (owner) A very patient, professional and considerate person with my first shipment and from her kind demeanor to her knowledge of the industry is very impressive. She has not only been extremely helpful, but ready to assist in all the steps and process. Even that I have been a little stressed at the fact that I used UPS to ship my stuff only to be returned damaged and still waiting 9 months for my insurance claim (horrible experience). Along with this stress and entrusting another carrier I had checked out FreightSimple with Border Buddy and they spoke highly of them.  My first shipment went very well and my customer received the products on time and undamaged! Awesome! On my next shipment, I had 2 shipments going to 2 different places, 1 in the US and 1 in Canada and from my mistake both shipments went to one of the customers' and being a newbie at this there was a huge problem for me especially because of the products are very expensive and took a long time to build. Upon learning this blunder I immediately contacted customer service and they took no time to respond and assist me. Lucia the customer service associate was amazing! They were on top of every movement of the shipment and reassured me that they will keep me informed every step and they did. I was shocked because many companies talk a lot of garbage and never come through but as a entrepreneur I recognize above average service because this is how I run my business. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lucia for her commitment to assisting me and being very patient and professional in so many ways. God Bless her for her help. Natasha, thank you for instilling a top tier business acumen that breathes excellence and leaves the customer feeling good and their money was well spent and the commitment and loyalty is what companies always look for. Btw this is NOT AI written. :)
