Transitioning into a credit limit setup was also an easy process. **What do you dislike about FreightSimple?** It would be nice to introduce different services, for example, flat-deck services, however understood it may not be feasible with FreightSimple's structure. From my initial conversation with Natasha (owner) A very patient, professional and considerate person with my first shipment and from her kind demeanor to her knowledge of the industry is very impressive. She has not only been extremely helpful, but ready to assist in all the steps and process. Even that I have been a little stressed at the fact that I used UPS to ship my stuff only to be returned damaged and still waiting 9 months for my insurance claim (horrible experience). Along with this stress and entrusting another carrier I had checked out FreightSimple with Border Buddy and they spoke highly of them. My first shipment went very well and my customer received the products on time and undamaged! Awesome! On my next shipment, I had 2 shipments going to 2 different places, 1 in the US and 1 in Canada and from my mistake both shipments went to one of the customers' and being a newbie at this there was a huge problem for me especially because of the products are very expensive and took a long time to build. Upon learning this blunder I immediately contacted customer service and they took no time to respond and assist me. Lucia the customer service associate was amazing! They were on top of every movement of the shipment and reassured me that they will keep me informed every step and they did. I was shocked because many companies talk a lot of garbage and never come through but as a entrepreneur I recognize above average service because this is how I run my business.
