Good Rates, Convenient Platform, and Great Customer Support
The platform is very convenient and the rates are good. Quoting and booking is very easy, and FreightSimple's customer support is very responsive and effective. Dealing directly with carriers can be such a hassle and FreightSimple takes that all away.

I like how clear and concise FreightSimple is, and how easy it is to navigate through the prompts and easily secure a rate. I also appreciate that they are a local company and have built a solid relationship and synergy with them over the past couple of years. The initial setup was easy, with no issues navigating, setting up a payment option, and starting shipping. Transitioning into a credit limit setup was also an easy process.
