**What do you like best about Freightgate?**

What I enjoy the most with Freightgate is their culture.  There are many software companies that all can state their abilities, their successes and their achievements.  That is the easy advertisement type of measurables. What cannot be measured is culture. Unless you are an expert. Most companies engage a software company for their technical skills. Most do not really focus on measuring culture. 

Martin and his team have a great culture. Great vision, but also true partnership. Many times, we were stuck with our own internal processes, our own internal lack of understanding and our own financial limitations. Throughout all of these obstacles, Martin and his team made it very easy for us and helped us to solve issues even when technically outside their contract.

In addition, Martin and team were the key difference maker in us getting our entire new ERP up to speed and being used.

**What do you dislike about Freightgate?**

Well, I am a business owner and not a programmer or software expert. The only thing I did not like was being in regular meetings weekly. Otherwise, we have a great relationship. The team is extremely flexible.

**What problems is Freightgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were adopting a new ERP company wide to replace our old self-developed systems that we have tweaked over the past 23 years.  The ERP software solutions required of course, programming  and customization.  The ERP company misjudged entirely the deliverable and we needed to find our own customization company that could deliver what we needed. Martin, with his experience in the freight industry and in software really solved the issues we were having.
