**What do you like best about FreeQuest?**

We used to rely on paper requests for vacation and sick leave, along with a paper schedule, and it was very inconvenient. I heard about FreeQuest from a recommendation, and so far it works well for our team. Things are more structured now, so I think we will stick with it for now.

**What do you dislike about FreeQuest?**

Nothing so far! It's been a game-changer!

**What problems is FreeQuest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before FreeQuest, tracking time off, remote work, and absences across our team was disorganized and manual. Now I have everything in one place: requests, approvals, schedules, and availability. I always have a clear, real-time picture of who is in, who is out, and who is working remotely.
