**What do you like best about Free2Grow?**

I like best having a dedicated account manager, that is very attentive and able to help me with any questions that I ask, almost immediately. It’s rare nowadays that you have such a human contact with a company.

**What do you dislike about Free2Grow?**

Honestly, I have not ran into any downsides.

**What problems is Free2Grow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service works great for us. We were particularly impressed with the seamless implementation Free2Grow has with Housecall Pro, which greatly streamlined our operations. The AI Agent consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of our customers' needs, adapting effectively to various situations with a professional and consistent cadence. The product and software as a whole has proven to be highly effective and reliable.

**What do you like best about Free2Grow?**

Since AI is such a new system of course there were things that we needed to tweak and change along the way. Nate & Gabrielle were SUPER helpful in helping us get set up and get the ball rolling. Anytime there was a question or an issue they were quick to respond and help resolve it. The team has been great to work with!

**What do you dislike about Free2Grow?**

It isnt Free2Grow per say... the AI technology isnt where we needed it to be. But I know they are constantly changing and growing.

Used this service for after hours calls and overflow. Since AI is such a new system of course there were things that we needed to tweak and change along the way.
