**What do you like best about Fredo?**

We've used Fredo for years, and it's always just so smooth. Each event we have a new crew using the system and they always get it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Fredo?**

The name badges (not the prints, but the badges) are a bit expensive (but good quality), so we choose to have ours manufactured elsewhere, with a bit of quality loss.

**What problems is Fredo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super smooth integration with the ticketing platform and our app by way of QR codes. Easy to use for changing crew.
