I like the versatility and adaptability of Fracttal One, especially with the option to use Kanban or Calendar mode. I value the possibility of having guest accounts and the ease of scanning a QR code to obtain all the information about an asset. In my business, I have many assets that move from location to location, and this can alter the equipment counter when placing it with other equipment. I would have to lose the accumulator, and that's something I don't want. This was a query that could not be resolved in the Fracttal One Certificate Course in December 2025. Additionally, once the OT is closed in Fracttal One, it cannot be modified, which forces me to use Excel to check that the time indicators are correct. What attracts me most about Fracttal One is that it is an obvious and comprehensive tool, which I feel capable of using to best manage the preventive maintenance of the site I care for and supervise, centralizing information and control of assets and task scheduling. I don't like that when the technician takes a photo of the equipment, the records are not immediately completed in the work order. It would also be useful to be able to download all the work orders under review at once to review them faster. I love Fracttal One because it is an excellent app for performing preventive services in establishments and areas in general. It helps me speed up the ordering of spare parts and materials for the different problems that arise in my work areas. It is so useful that without it I would have to go back to request materials and spare parts manually, which would delay me more than the time I take now with Fracttal One.
