**What do you like best about Fraazo?**

It means that people can buy fresh products from local farmers and get all needed fruits and vegetables directly at home. I also found much convenience in how this app is designed: it is very easy to navigate and select items; the delivery window options are also good.

**What do you dislike about Fraazo?**

The problem which I have faced is that the availability of the items is not the same as it was few days back. At times, some of these are out of stock which compromises my weekly meal plan and stock up on the items.

**What problems is Fraazo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the list was compiled, Fraazo grocery shopping has been beneficial for me. One advantage of home delivery is obvious, namely the fact that one does not have to go out during a really busy week.

**What do you like best about Fraazo?**

I like that Fraazo procures produce from the nearest possible farm to guarantee they are fresh and to support local growers. The delivery window options are flexible, I can select the time which is suitable for me to receive the order.

**What do you dislike about Fraazo?**

The constant swapping of products is a minor inconvenience. I have seen situations where crucial ingredients for cooking were substituted with irrelevant items meaning that I had to look for the substitutes or even change my planned meals.

**What problems is Fraazo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraazo avoids the problem of going to the grocery store during crowded hours and waiting in a long queue. It is convenient for such a busy lifestyle since it enables me, for instance, to order fresh produce without having to leave the comforts of my home.
