"Foxit eSign Makes PDF Signing Quick, Simple, and Convenient"
4/5
What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

Foxit eSign is one of the most impressive features of Foxit PDF Editor. It allows users to easily add electronic signatures to PDF documents, making the signing process quick, simple, and convenient. This feature is especially useful for signing important documents digitally without the need to print, sign, and scan them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

In some PDF documents, the space available for adding a signature is very limited. In such cases, the signature needs to be resized in Foxit eSign before it can be placed properly in the designated area. Resizing the signature can sometimes be a little time-consuming, and it may take a few attempts to adjust it to the correct size and position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-Off, User-Friendly eSigning That Saves Time and Keeps Records Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

The hands off experience with Foxit eSign is my favorite part. It gives us more time with other elements of our business so we don't have to worry about our clients completing all of their intake forms for treatment. Everything gets sent automatically and we are notified when they are filled out. Also, we don't have to worry about a filing system since everything is recorded on our account, we can look up the information we need quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

I have not run into an issue yet with Foxit eSign. The documents we need to be sent are easy to upload and make available immediately. The platform is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless eSigning with Significant Cost Savings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

The thing I like the best about Foxit eSign is that we can use it for all different kinds of forms, whether it's something in-house or something that we send out to people outside of our organization. They're secure, so we don't have to worry about breaches of information or anything like that. And they're easy to use for all of our people that don't typically know how to use technology very well. I also like that they have fields that you can set as required, so we don't have people skipping required fields. Overall, it was pretty easy to get all the forms set up in there. What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

Occasionally, the formatting of the documents kind of gets messed up a little bit. I'm not sure why because when we upload the documents, they are in a PDF format. So they're already established. But we've had a few times where the W9 form that we have uploaded and used gets some of the fields rearranged and moved around, and I'm not sure why. That's one thing that could be improved. That's the only issue that we've ever really had with Foxit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It Helps Keep My Daily Document Signing Workflow More Organized & Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

It helps me handle consent forms and document signing work in more simple and organized way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage consultation related paperwork, and also handle some wellness and follow up documentation during daily work, so I regularly use it for consent forms, assessment forms, diet related PDFs, and consultation documents. Keeping signed and pending documents together in one place makes things easier to manage during busy working hours.

Uploading PDFs, adding signature fields, and sending documents to patients or clients feels straightforward in regular use. I mostly use it while handling repeated forms and consultation paperwork, so templates and document status updates are helpful for keeping follow up work more properly managed. Email notifications and completed document tracking also help me check which forms are still pending without handling everything manually.

The interface feels clean and easy to understand, and overall the signing process has been smooth for my regular workflow. It helps reduce manual document handling and makes consultation related paperwork feel more professional and properly organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

I have not faced any major issues with Foxit eSign, but sometimes while preparing documents, adjusting signature fields perfectly on PDFs can take a little extra time, especially when the document formatting is not very clean. Apart from that, the overall signing, document tracking, and recipient management process has been smooth for my regular work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You now have to pay a subscription"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

As a tool, Foxit remains one of the best comprehensive tools for PDF. However, now you cannot access the eSign function without paying about 100 USD, plus paying for any other feature you require. While I understand someone who uses it regularly may not hesitate to purchase the eSign feature, casual users cannot get to see how amazing it is without getting a subscription. This is why I cannot write a new opinion based on the product itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit eSign?

Tools remain dificult to be found, but ever since it became a paying feature, I haven't been able to try it again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The login screen is sometimes very difficult and glitches. I give it my user and password and sometimes it just won't work, and I have to do it over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
