It is easy to navigate and provides my team and department with an overview of our portfolio in real-time. **What do you dislike about FOScore?** The only downside is the amount of training required if someone is not tech-savvy. The tool is intuitive making the tech portion of the training easier for those individuals. **What problems is FOScore solving and how is that benefiting you?** FOScore has replaced our homegrown assessment tool, giving us much more detail, abilities, and flexibility. The tool has allowed us to expand my team of assessors to provide a better understanding of our building's conditions, repair costs, and cost replacement values. ### 2.
