I can get wide variety of templates for both my personal and business use which make it convenient for me to find all the templates in one place. I can get my free legal documents online, which is a valuable resource. I really like features which helps with easy customization of documents My favourite is an E-signature feature that is not commonly found on other platforms. I can easily export and share my files, and uploadmy documents straightforward. I Can set reminders for my various tasks and deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a free user i get very limited features for free users, including no ability to download or print documents. It lacks password security when sharing files. I don’t get wide range of templates for customization and options are limited. I think its Subscription plans are relatively expensive compared to other platforms. I face issue while Editing which include deleted text leaving behind white space. It lacks 2 step authentication and mobile apps is horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FormSwift has been a friendly lawyer more than a service based platform for us. The customer service I went through is one of the best! I was connected to a person who helped me in not only arrange my documents in a systematic manner but also stayed with me till the end of the process i.e. printing of those documents. This made me incline towards this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are numerous tries made by FormSwift to perform sales activities with tons of calls, texts and more which makes it really annoying and unpreferable at times. Also the numbers used for calling out to me by them are unverified and often reported as scam calls by Truecaller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Form Swift has really been a game changer for me as a document management and template platform. Having over 500 templates to choose from, catering to both personal and business. However, my absolute favourite feature has to be the e-signature capability, it's a game changer for anyone who values efficiency. The intuitive and user-friendly UI streamlines tasks, such as exporting data and sharing files seamlessly, while uploading documents and files on this platform, proves notably, easier compare to other platforms. Overall it's a great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having well curated dynamic features of form Swift is still lacking in many areas. Firstly, there are glaring limitations for free users, we can't even download or print documents. Even after having over 500 templates, the customisation options are still very limited. While having higher subscription price in than other alternatives, the lack of security also raises concerns for me like not having action or two factor authentication. My biggest headache was editing PDF when I deleted text it left behind irritating white spaces. They urgently need to improve the security aspects of a platform as well as polish more on the UI. The best features about it are:

1. FormSwift offers more than 500 templates both for personal and professional purposes. This helped to get templates from a single platform instead of moving around looking for in other platforms.

2. It offers free legal documents online for various categories like business, family, financial, and more. This helped create some private legal documents with ease.

3. At the times of hiring/recruiting any prospect online, we require a platform that offers e-signature feature. FormSwift is a great platform providing this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful features about it are:

1. The flexibility provided to free users is really limited, I was not even able to download or print the document while I started using it.

2. The security encryption of the platform is not top-notch, it does not offer password encryption for the documents.

3. The customization options available for the documents is very less. I was facing issues while editing a PDF wherein I was trying to delete the text but it was simply leaving out the white spaces, which was really annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The documentation is end-to-end professional looking and processes any kind of reporting and documentation for business work, legal or any other. The best facility is its e-signature technology, this is basically helping you to sign important docs easily at any time by just your systems. The processing docs and their representation is quite effective and easy. Also, it is easier to transfer or share clients' content or files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no mobile device application available for FormSwift, this could have been a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
