Formstack makes creating forms and surveys extremely easy, whether to collect robust data for research or to get quick rsvps for an event. I even use Formstack as a teacher--I will create a form that requires students to submit a relevant reflection, link the formstack to a qr code that students can quickly use, and then display student responses for in-class discussion. Formstack is particularly helpful because it allows for file submission. I also like that I can easily share the live link, without worrying about complex distribution via email. Finally, I like that I can download all response data as a csv. I use formstack to gather some sort of data almost every week, and I like that I can keep track of my long list of ongoing forms! I wish I could find a way to download submitted files in bulk--it seems I have to download them one-by-one, unless I'm missing something. It would also be nice to be able to apply custom themes to a form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do a lot of online order forms for multiple groups to attend/purchase tickets for baseball games, and Formstack provides a quick and easy way for me to collect data from customers while also giving group leaders a simple link to share with their members, which has led to increased attendance from various groups. With formstack, there are multiple functions that can be utilized to customize the form based on data needed, whether or not there is a payment required, as well as custom rules for BOGO programs or "push/pull" campaigns with free tickets.

The forms are also easily embedded in websites, allowing us to utilize formstack for our various seasonal programs , group ticket info requests and special events, such as our charity golf tournament.

For some reason, there is no way to recover a forgotten/lost encryption password. I understand protecting user data, but some of these passwords were set by previous employees who no longer work for my company, and I am unable to access order forms that have been submitted without the password, and can't reset the password without it deleting every submission. Had a bad day with feature disable dates past on input date. What I expected is disable past dates so user can only choose the incoming dates, but what Formstack did is disable FUTURE dates. And why the hell that I need to select a specific date to disable past dates, but not do like other form builder allow us to do like inputing `Today` keyword in the field to disable the past dates including today? Integration with SF - Is very simple to use the field and map them out correctly and even when you have problem support is very rapid at provinding you with help. They have a variety of integration systems avaiblable. It's a must use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
