Another good thing about this product is the load balancing feature which is perfect in performance. **What do you dislike about Huawei Firewall?** The quality of the support team is not good, and not providing the support on time and making too long to support. It is tough to export the logs and reports and not user-friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Huawei Firewall:** Everyone should use this product so make our data safe. Firewall will help us in many ways like vpn,load balancing, content filtration, Ip filtration, logs and reports. So we have many features in buying the firewall so choose the best products like Huawei. **What problems is Huawei Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?** We got more problems before using this firewall. We need to balance the load manually, and that makes us very hard. We were allowing all our employees to use all websites and that is not fair.
