There is no logical method for the process of using statistics to determine numerous response outcomes. Setting up a challenging outcomes quiz took many days to complete; it would be beneficial if this tool operated more consistently, or even if more comprehensive video tutorials were produced to assist consumers. What I enjoy the most is the ease of creating forms. Formaloo is fantastic in the way that they pushed the form creation to app creation and mixed easy forms creation but also app creations. You can easily access the results of the forms but when you create an app, you can build a portal with selected access, visibility... A page on your portal can be public, members or admin only. It's also easy to integrate with other solutions to use the collected data. I also really like the Android app where you can create and check all your form submissions. Formaloo v2 UI is slightly buggy and gives a wrong error message. Sometimes, systems classify simple forms into phishing forms, locking us out from viewing the response. Why this app has so many positive reviews, no idea. It has plenty of issues that don't work - once you try to create anything more complicated than a short survey. One technical problem is chasing another, Wordpress plugin doesn't work, and with customer service not helpful at all, it's a waste of time and money (actually they're only trying to get rid of you). Formaloo is a mature, responsive company. They have held many Q & A sessions to improve their platform adaptability at each stage of development (like working with LEGO, and incredibly easy to integrate with several other platforms), and their features continue to expand. They are thoroughly responsive to most any query, including through categorized links to tutorials and even templates which have done the requisite work (for say, certain specific back-end calculations) for you, at no extra charge! An astute self-study can navigate through their work to improve said client's optimal Formaloo experience, and pass along the benefits to that client's clients/customers. I'm stoked about launching my company's app using Formaloo. Their modular approach allows for scalability and ease of use for the end-user. Arguably this can't be laid at Formaloo's feet, because Adobe, as the self-proclaimed leader, has lagged on the issue for decades. But since the co-founders of Formaloo are (proudly) Persian, I'll leave the gauntlet at their feet anyway. I'm an interpreter, and Farsi/Persian text and translations have yet to go mainstream. I'd be keen to see what the Formaloo gang have in mind in terms of facilitating the bridging of the language gap, which in turn would be instrumental and revolutionize representation and mutual understanding. UI and UX are awesome, very simple to work with. Features are rich but it's not limited to a simple form builder, with formal we can easily build more complete apps like CRM and even a simple e-commerce app! Formaloo has a large library of form templates that makes it easy to get started with their platform. I've also used Formaloo to build out very complex assessment forms from scratch using advanced calculation logic and workflow. I'm really impressed with their continued development velocity. I've used Jotform in the past and found Formaloo has a bit higher learning curve. Their calculation engine is powerful, but is applied to the different parts of the form process unevenly with some calculations available only on the workflow side (I fully expect this to change at some point given how quickly they release).
