So far we have built customer surveys, warranty registrations, feedback forms, ambassador program registrations, event regisrations and newsletter signups. The forms look great whether multi-step Typeform style or single page or hybrid. So far we have published forms via the widget on our website, nested on pages on our websites (Wordpress, Woocommerce & Shopify). Personalisation features are great - after a customer has entered their first name for example, then you can include their first name in the questions remaining on the form. Some nice integrations to Slack, Google Sheets and webhooks. For newsletter signup form it was a breeze to have submissions going into a Google sheet as well into our ESP and CRM. Support is very responsive. Extremely good value for money. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I'm not a big fan of the icon library used in their backend however this has no impact on the use of the product. The personalization feature (replacing form copy with data entered by the customer earlier in the form - e.g. their name) works really well on embedded forms but does not yet work when using the form widget. I think this is coming soon though! **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we move from a small number of self-hosted systems to a larger number of cloud / SaaS platforms, Formaloo is becoming our single forms / data capture platform that we can use across everything. ### 10. I have never had a problem collecting data and analyzing the same. Everything went super smooth all the time till this time. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I think the app and web UI could be better as they look like a basic folder type. But comparing to the results it produces it's not a deal breaker for me. But if they rework it, visually it would be cool to work on Formaloo backends. It is the most advanced and flexible form builder I have ever used. The calculation and logic actions are amazing, and there are tons of field types to use and countless possibilities to use and integrate the final form via link - or included to your own website. The development is very active, and the support is excellent. They just publish an overview video for newly introduced features each month on YouTube, so you know the tool will only get better with time. I have never had any problems using it, and I have found it straightforward to use. Formaloo is the perfect online platform for creating and managing forms. The company is based in Estonia, so they are GDPR-compliant by law of their country. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other form builders I have used in the past. It is also very customizable and versatile. I can embed it as a widget on my website or as a iframe. I can also customize all the text into any language manually. They have The option to get emails when a form is submitted so that doesn't take up my automation credit on Zapier or Pabbly. You can also connect it with webhooks so that the data goes where you want it to. It's a very useful tool and looks very nice too. I collect reviews with it, subscribers and build other forms as needed. It's the only form builder I use since it does everything I need. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** It would be nice if clients could easily load multiple files. I've not seen the option to do that so far. I usually just receive one photo which isn't bad but it would be nice if it could be easier to ask for multiple photos/ data. Technically you could work around by adding multiple data spots. Not a deal breaker **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting leads or feedback from clients. Also being able to customize the reviews I receive and ask them if they want to subscribe. Surprisingly a lot of reviewers click yes to subscribe so that grows my list. ### 29. The UI is beautiful and has a wide range of pre-built templates to get started. Ability to create NPS forms for customer feedback and can able to convert them to Widgets for the website. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I would love to see Formaloo offer an option where we can select answers from a keyboard shortcut. That would make it much easier to quickly complete the form or surveys. **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a way to create forms and surveys for customer feedback. But didn't have the time or the skills to do it. Its drag-and-drop interface is so easy to use that I created forms and presentation links in less than an hour. I really like the relational aspect of the tool wherein you can combine multiple forms and mix and match them to create powerful data engines. I have also used Google forms, but I want to say that I feel better with Formaloo. Especially because it has more options and it has more features. I have several projects in mind for this powerful form builder. For me these features are awesome: - The editor is really easy to use. - The entire interface is very simple and intuitive. - It has several integration options. Including Google Sheets, Zapier, etc. - Webhooks make it a very powerful solution for developers. - Notifications in your email when someone sent information through your form. - Customized domains. - You can insert your items right there on the form with a quantity option and Formaloo calculates the total cost automatically. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I would like to have more powerful tools for processing information gathered. And the logic architecture that allows you to create a "chatbot"-like experience with clever logics that allow you to move from one form page to the next based on your selections on page 1 is great. Also, assistance seemed to be quick - I had one query and had an answer in less than five minutes. I guess if I had only one company to manage forms for, it would not be too bad to work with, but there is a lot of room for the company to grow. **What do you dislike about Formaloo?** I am an agency, and I hoped to share the forms with my end customer so they could see all of the submissions. I thought, :This is great! However, the plug-in for WordPress imports every single form you have created. So after using this once for this one customer, I cannot use it for anything else. If I c reat its own logon, I guess i could, but that makes it pretty useless for me. I cannot even make a form for my personal use. There should be an option to import what form you want into the website. If you want all, great. As it is, there is only one company this form account can be used for, if one is using the plug in. (We had to, so we would not have the lag of form loading if we had just linked the remote link to it, or embeded it without the plug in. Takes a few seconds to load every time. Also, there is nol way one can adjust the font size in the form except in the header and bottom description areas. You can use css for this. There is the capability to choose your font name, but not having size seems odd. This shows me the company is still in its infancy. **What problems is Formaloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wish them luck. Their support team has been great. I am just not thrilled I have a brick here hosting a customer's 4 question form, and I can't use it for anything else. ### 50.
