It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested in a business listing. The logic builder can be a bit of a headache if you’re trying to do something really complex. If you have 20+ "if-this-then-that" rules, the UI gets a little crowded, and it’s easy to lose track of your flow. Also, while the templates are a good starting point, I sometimes find myself wishing I could move elements around with more pixel-perfect precision on the dashboard views. I h ave been using the software for years. It has evolved to version 3 which is a lot more intuitive. I was not able to use it much on the previous version, but right now it is the best. It works and it has the best support team behind. On each question they find a solution. They try to listen to what you are telling them and they do not treat you like just another customer with a strange question. Right now i am using it very often on my everyday work and i am making all the contact forms for the websites i manage through them. It is very easy to integrate to my existing websites and it is very easy to use as well. You might need to work it a little bit to get the logic behind but it is really worth it.
