Form Cue is an AI powered forms platform that turns unstructured answers like text, audio, or video into structured variables and a presentation ready PDF in minutes. Form Cue enables you to capture multimodal responses via text, audio, video, files, etc. It then automatically extracts configured insights like sentiment, scores, key quotes, metrics, or any custom variables you define. Finally, the responses with the extracted insights can be used to generate branded PDF reports with an executive summary, visual analytics, and transcripts with QR-code playback, or they can be exported to CSV or JSON, or posted via REST APIs anywhere you want.

**What do you like best about Form Cue?**

I like how FormCue resembles the Google Forms interface. Very easy to make surveys and very easy to share them.

**What do you dislike about Form Cue?**

The only downside I’ve found is the pricing—FormCue basic is $29.99 a month for solo creators (and solopreneurs) which can be quite a lot when you’re starting on your own.

**What problems is Form Cue solving and how is that benefiting you?**
