**What do you like best about FollowKit?**

FollowKit saves our team a lot of time. We can manage leads, send proposals, and track client responses in one dashboard. The analytics section helps me see which proposals perform better and who needs a follow-up — super helpful.

**What do you dislike about FollowKit?**

Sometimes I wish there were more integrations — like connecting directly with Slack or Notion. The tool itself works perfectly, but having more native integrations would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is FollowKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple client accounts and proposals was chaotic before. FollowKit gives my team a clear view of who’s contacted, who replied, and what’s pending.
This improved our follow-up consistency and helped increase deal closures noticeably.
