## OpenBlue Workplace Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Who is OpenBlue Workplace pricing best suited for?

OpenBlue Workplace's pricing is best suited for large enterprises, particularly those in higher education, information technology, healthcare, defense, oil and energy, and financial services. The majority of G2 reviewers come from enterprise organizations with over 1,000 employees, using OpenBlue Workplace for complex space management, asset tracking, floor plan visualization, and compliance reporting. Higher education institutions appear frequently, leveraging it for state-mandated space utilization reporting. Mid-market IT and architecture firms also report strong fit for portfolio management and employee seating. The custom-quote model and implementation complexity make OpenBlue Workplace's pricing less practical for small businesses or teams without dedicated facilities management resources.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of OpenBlue Workplace?

According to G2 pricing data for OpenBlue Workplace, no free tier or free trial is listed. OpenBlue Workplace operates exclusively on a custom-quote enterprise pricing model, meaning there is no self-serve entry point or publicly available starting price. Prospective buyers must engage directly with the vendor to receive pricing tailored to their organization's scale and module requirements. G2 reviewers indicate OpenBlue Workplace's pricing covers modules including space management, asset management, move management, and work order functionality, with configurations varying by deployment and organizational complexity. This custom-quote structure positions OpenBlue Workplace as an enterprise-only offering with no free or standardized paid tier available.

Is OpenBlue Workplace considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers present a mixed value picture for OpenBlue Workplace. High-rating enterprise users in industries like IT, healthcare, oil and energy, and consumer goods cite strong ROI through space management automation, move management, and work order efficiency. One G2 reviewer noted cost savings from process improvement as a key benefit. However, lower-rated reviews flag slow issue resolution, poor documentation, and technical complexity as value detractors. One G2 reviewer explicitly criticized the named-user pricing model, preferring concurrent licensing. Overall, OpenBlue Workplace pricing delivers value for large organizations with complex IWMS needs but may feel costly for smaller teams given the implementation and support overhead.
