
In my eleven years using Strata, now Flywheel, I have found their Customer Service and Support to be the best part of the platform. Our Flywheel Account Representative has always been responsive and able to solve my issues. Flywheel's functionality is in line with our Agency's needs as it relates to planning, buying, trafficking, reconciliation, and reporting for our many media channels. There is no direct link or data feed from Flywheel into our Agency's ERP, Advantage. A lack of continuous synchronization between Flywheel and Advantage has historically caused occasional glitches.
