**What do you like best about Flywheel?**

They had the BEST customer service/tech support. We were provided an emergency email. If we had a major catastrophe like the site going down, we would email and get a response within a minute and someone would already be looking into the issue.

Also, we could easily provide 3rd party support access to our website without giving our admin logins.

**What do you dislike about Flywheel?**

Nothing that we dislike. We switched to another provider based on another colleague's recommendation.

**Recommendations to others considering Flywheel:**

When we were using Flywheel, they had an emergency customer service.  When our site went down, they replied to us within a minute!

**What problems is Flywheel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally used Flywheel, but our management team decided to switch to another provider. When we were originally transitioning to Flywheel, it was pretty easy.
